墻體保溫面層裂縫產(chǎn)生原因及防裂措施研究

【摘要】:在國(guó)外,墻體保溫技術(shù)已是一個(gè)相對(duì)成熟的建筑節(jié)能技術(shù),而在中國(guó),墻體保溫技術(shù)處于起步和發(fā)展階段,在實(shí)際工程中出現(xiàn)了許多墻面裂縫等有待解決的技術(shù)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。中國(guó)擁有世界最大的建筑節(jié)能的市場(chǎng),這為各種建筑節(jié)能技術(shù)在中國(guó)的快速進(jìn)步提供了基礎(chǔ)和保障;我國(guó)的設(shè)計(jì)單位、施工單位和科研單位愈來(lái)愈看重解決墻體保溫這一質(zhì)量通病,其中建筑外墻外保溫系統(tǒng)面層防裂就是一個(gè)重要的技術(shù)領(lǐng)域,這一技術(shù)的發(fā)展對(duì)我國(guó)建筑節(jié)能技術(shù)的發(fā)展具有重大意義。在這一背景下,我們對(duì)以唐山為代表的寒冷地區(qū)典型的工程實(shí)施進(jìn)行了實(shí)地調(diào)查和研究,針對(duì)工程施工、材料和構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì)等諸因素的影響,總結(jié)分析了建筑外墻外保溫系統(tǒng)面層產(chǎn)生裂縫的因素和預(yù)防裂縫產(chǎn)生的技術(shù)措施。通過(guò)深入調(diào)查研究唐山市外墻外保溫工程項(xiàng)目后,確定了相對(duì)適用于寒冷地區(qū)的、目前常用的建筑外墻外保溫體系控制裂縫的技術(shù)措施和技術(shù)理念。建筑外墻外保溫做法與外墻內(nèi)保溫系統(tǒng)相比更具優(yōu)勢(shì);建筑外墻外保溫各個(gè)構(gòu)造層應(yīng)該具有良好的配套性能;對(duì)建筑節(jié)能市場(chǎng)加強(qiáng)管理,完備不同區(qū)域建筑外墻外保溫技術(shù)規(guī)程的制定。并且從構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì)、材料及施工等方面對(duì)唐山地區(qū)建筑外墻外保溫系統(tǒng)面層裂縫防裂措施和產(chǎn)生原因進(jìn)行了深入的探討和研究,對(duì)建筑外墻外保溫系統(tǒng)面層抗裂技術(shù)的進(jìn)步具有重大的指導(dǎo)意義,并且為建設(shè)行業(yè)監(jiān)管部門提供了建設(shè)性意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:In foreign countries, wall insulation technology is a relatively mature building energy saving technology, but in China, wall insulation technology is at the beginning and development stage, there are many technical quality problems to be solved in actual engineering, such as wall cracks. China has the largest market for building energy conservation in the world, which provides the foundation and guarantee for the rapid progress of various building energy-saving technologies in China. Construction units and scientific research institutions are paying more and more attention to solving the common quality problem of wall insulation, among which the crack prevention of the surface layer of the external thermal insulation system of the building's external wall is an important technical field. The development of this technology is of great significance to the development of building energy saving technology in China. In this context, we have carried out a field investigation and study on the typical engineering implementation in the cold area represented by Tangshan, aiming at the influence of engineering construction, material and structural design, etc. This paper summarizes and analyzes the factors causing cracks in the external insulation system of building exterior wall and the technical measures to prevent the cracks. Based on the investigation and study of the exterior wall thermal insulation project of Tangshan City, the technical measures and technical ideas of controlling cracks in the external thermal insulation system of building wall which are relatively suitable for the cold area are determined. The method of external insulation of external wall of building has more advantages than internal insulation system of external wall; each layer of external insulation of external wall of building should have good supporting performance; strengthen the management of energy saving market of building, Complete the establishment of external thermal insulation technical regulations for different regions of buildings. And from the structural design, material and construction, the crack prevention measures and causes of the external insulation system of the exterior wall in Tangshan area are deeply discussed and studied. It is of great guiding significance to the progress of anti-cracking technology of exterior insulation system of building exterior wall, and it also provides constructive suggestions for the supervision department of construction industry.
