【摘要】：我國北方冬季氣候寒冷,自古至今,人們?yōu)榱丝购A(yù)冷嘗試了各種各樣的方式方法。隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展與對新技術(shù)的不斷探索,人類的取暖技術(shù)和設(shè)備已經(jīng)有了巨大的發(fā)展:供熱方式和供熱能源更為豐富、產(chǎn)品功能更為多樣、安全性也有了很大提高等。大多城鎮(zhèn)已經(jīng)采用了供熱效率高、安全性高、衛(wèi)生環(huán)保的集體供暖方式。但是,直至今天,北方一些農(nóng)村地區(qū)因?yàn)榻?jīng)濟(jì)、地域、居住格局等因素,還不能實(shí)現(xiàn)集體供暖。在這些地區(qū),傳統(tǒng)的燃煤爐等取暖設(shè)備仍在一直沿用并在北方農(nóng)村居民冬日的生活中發(fā)揮著重要作用。隨著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,城鄉(xiāng)差距縮減,一些農(nóng)村地區(qū)居民對生活質(zhì)量和生活品位的要求有明顯提高,他們希望取暖設(shè)備可以更加的安全、舒適、清潔、節(jié)能、美觀,但現(xiàn)有傳統(tǒng)的取暖設(shè)備由于市場關(guān)注度低,廠商為了謀取利潤、贏得競爭,只能壓低成本,從而降低售價(jià)。所以傳統(tǒng)取暖設(shè)備存在著功能單一、易用性差、供熱效率低、外觀簡陋等一系列問題。為了解決這些問題,本文通過對取暖設(shè)備的背景、使用環(huán)境、使用人群等情況進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析,再通過問卷調(diào)查、深度訪談等調(diào)研形式,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)、參考國外解決方案、總結(jié)出設(shè)計(jì)需求、提煉出設(shè)計(jì)點(diǎn)。之后,以河北省某農(nóng)村取暖方式和取暖設(shè)備使用的現(xiàn)狀為例,通過聯(lián)系工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中的材料學(xué)使取暖設(shè)備最大滿足功能的同時(shí)保證質(zhì)量、降低成本;運(yùn)用設(shè)計(jì)美學(xué)提高取暖設(shè)備的美觀度;通過人機(jī)工程學(xué)提高取暖設(shè)備的易用性、人機(jī)使用的舒適度、安全性等方面。最后用計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行三維建模分析,渲染效果圖,制作產(chǎn)品模型。
[Abstract]:In northern China, the winter climate is cold. Since ancient times, people have tried various ways and methods to prevent cold precooling. With the development of the times and the continuous exploration of the new technology, human heating technology and equipment have been greatly developed: heating methods and heating energy are more abundant, product functions are more diverse, and security also has Most towns have adopted a collective heating mode with high efficiency, high safety and sanitation. However, until today, some rural areas in the north can not achieve collective heating because of the economic, regional, residential and other factors. In these areas, the heating equipment such as the traditional coal-fired furnace is still in use and in the north. The rural residents' winter life plays an important role. With the steady development of the national economy and the reduction of the gap between urban and rural areas, the demand for the quality of life and the quality of life in some rural areas is obviously improved. They hope that the heating equipment can be more safe, comfortable, clean, energy-saving and beautiful, but the existing traditional heating equipment is due to the market. In order to gain the profit and win the competition, the manufacturer can only reduce the cost and reduce the price. So the traditional heating equipment has a series of problems, such as single function, poor usability, low heating efficiency and simple appearance. In order to solve these problems, this article is through the background of heating equipment, the use of the environment, the use of crowds and so on. Through the investigation and analysis, through the questionnaire survey, deep interview and other research forms, combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the existing products and referring to the foreign solutions, the design requirements are summarized and the design points are extracted. Then, taking the current situation of heating and heating equipment in a rural area of Hebei Province as an example, through the material science in the industrial design to make the heating equipment be maximum full. The foot function ensures the quality and reduces the cost, improves the beauty of the heating equipment by using the design aesthetics, improves the usability of the heating equipment, the comfortableness of the man-machine use, and the safety by the ergonomics. Finally, the computer is used to analyze the three-dimensional modeling, render the fruit map and make the product model.
