【摘要】：介紹了一起在建高層外墻保溫層火災(zāi)的事故調(diào)查,通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘驗(yàn)、調(diào)查詢問、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指認(rèn)等手段,認(rèn)定起火原因?yàn)檫`章電焊滴落的焊渣引燃聚氨酯泡沫等可燃物蔓延成災(zāi)。分析火災(zāi)的災(zāi)害成因,結(jié)合事故調(diào)查過程,指出了火災(zāi)調(diào)查要加強(qiáng)部門之間的溝通協(xié)調(diào)。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the accident investigation of fire accident in building high - rise external wall thermal insulation layer . The causes of fire are determined by means of field survey , investigation and inquiry , site designation and so on . The cause of fire is determined as the spread of combustible materials such as welding slag ignition polyurethane foam dripping with violation of electric welding . The causes of fire disaster are analyzed , and the investigation process of accident is analyzed , and the communication coordination between departments should be strengthened .
