微波照射引起巖石抗沖擊性能變化的試驗研究

【摘要】:巖石破碎技術的研究是巖土工程及采礦工程中的重要課題之一。為了解決隧道掘進、深部采礦中巖石機械鉆鑿和破碎的高速高效問題,以實現(xiàn)“微波+機械”的新型破巖系統(tǒng)為目標,需探討微波照射后巖石抗沖擊性能的變化規(guī)律。這為微波輔助機械破碎巖石技術的應用提供理論依據(jù),對微波輔助機械破碎巖石新技術、巖石破碎理論的發(fā)展和合理運用都具有十分重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。本文通過采用理論分析與試驗研究相結合的方法,對微波照射后巖石抗沖擊性能的變化進行了相關的研究。通過改變微波照射的功率、巖石種類、沖擊荷載等參數(shù),探究巖石在微波照射后其抗沖擊性能的變化規(guī)律,并通過微波照射后巖石沖擊斷口電鏡掃描試驗對巖石產(chǎn)生損傷的原因進行分析驗證,分析了微波照射后巖石抗沖擊性能弱化的原因、巖石沖擊裂紋的破壞特征及巖石沖擊斷裂過程。具體研究內(nèi)容及取得成果如下:(1)通過分析了巖石不同礦物對微波加熱的加熱響應,探究了微波照射后巖石熱破裂的基本原理以及微波照射后巖石抗沖擊性能降低的原因,影響微波照射后巖石抗沖擊性能變化的因素與巖石礦物組成成分,巖石種類,微波照射參數(shù),巖石結構類型以及沖擊荷載加載方式等有關。(2)采用自主改進的落錘沖擊試驗裝置對微波照射后巖石的抗沖擊性能進行試驗,試驗過程中,在微波照射時間一定的條件下改變微波照射功率,得到不同情況下三種巖石抗沖擊性能弱化情況:在0-10kW范圍內(nèi),微波照射功率越高巖石抗沖擊性能弱化越明顯,不同巖石在相同的試驗條件下抗沖擊性能弱化程度不同。(3)利用掃描電鏡對微波照射后巖石沖擊斷口進行了掃描電鏡試驗,對三種巖石裂紋斷口的形貌、微裂紋類型和微觀斷裂模型進行了研究,從細觀的角度驗證微波照射后巖石抗沖擊性能弱化的原因,與落錘沖擊試驗結果的理論分析形成對比和論證。
[Abstract]:The research of rock crushing technology is one of the most important problems in geotechnical engineering and mining engineering. In order to realize the new rock breaking system of "microwave machinery", it is necessary to discuss the change law of rock impact resistance after microwave irradiation, which provides a theoretical basis for the application of microwave assisted mechanical rock crushing technology. The development and rational application of rock breakage theory are of great theoretical and practical significance to the new technology of rock crushing by microwave assisted mechanical crushing. In this paper, the method of combining theoretical analysis with experimental research is adopted. The change of rock impact resistance after microwave irradiation was studied. By changing the parameters of microwave irradiation, such as power, rock type, impact load and so on, the variation of rock impact resistance after microwave irradiation was studied. The causes of rock damage were analyzed and verified by scanning electron microscope (SEM) test of rock impact fracture after microwave irradiation, and the reason of weakening rock impact resistance after microwave irradiation was analyzed. The failure characteristics of rock impact crack and the rock impact fracture process. The specific research contents and results are as follows: 1) by analyzing the microwave heating response of different minerals in rock, The basic principle of rock thermal rupture after microwave irradiation and the reasons for the decrease of rock impact resistance after microwave irradiation are discussed. The factors affecting the change of rock impact resistance after microwave irradiation, the composition of rock minerals and the types of rock are discussed. The parameters of microwave irradiation, the type of rock structure and the loading mode of impact load are used to test the impact resistance of rock irradiated by microwave. Under the condition of changing microwave irradiation power under certain microwave irradiation time, three kinds of weakening conditions of rock impact resistance are obtained under different conditions: in the range of 0-10 kW, the higher the microwave irradiation power, the more obvious the weakening of rock impact resistance. Different rocks have different weakening degree of impact resistance under the same test conditions.) SEM was used to test the impact fracture surface of rock after microwave irradiation, and the fracture morphology of three kinds of rock cracks was studied. The microcrack types and microfracture models were studied, and the reasons for the weakening of rock impact resistance after microwave irradiation were verified from the view of meso, and compared with the theoretical analysis of the impact test results of drop weight.
