【摘要】：隨著20世紀(jì)90年代以來建造的大量角鋼通信塔到了老齡期,需要更新和加固。目前負(fù)載下焊接加大截面加固技術(shù)已得到了廣泛應(yīng)用,為了尋找更有效的截面加固效果,提出了四種角鋼截面焊接加固形式,通過運用有限元分析軟件ANSYS在考慮焊接應(yīng)力影響基礎(chǔ)上對這四種負(fù)載下截面加固后的構(gòu)件進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬分析,得到了加固前后構(gòu)件的非線性屈曲性能。結(jié)果表明:負(fù)載下焊接加固方法能顯著提高加固后角鋼構(gòu)件的極限承載力,相比另兩種截面加固形式,方形截面和十字形截面具有較高的承載力和更好的延性,為今后角鋼塔加固工程設(shè)計提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With a large number of steel communication tower built since 1990s to the aging period, the need to update and reinforcement. At present the load increase welding section reinforcement technology has been widely used, in order to find a more effective cross section reinforcement effect, put forward four kinds of welding reinforcement angle section, by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS considering welding stress on the basis of the influence of the four component load section after reinforcement is simulated and analyzed, the nonlinear buckling performance before and after the reinforcement component. The results show that the reinforcement can significantly improve the bearing capacity limit angle steel reinforcement method of welding load, compared with the other two section reinforcement form, square section and the cross. The section has better bearing capacity and ductility of high, to provide reference for the reinforcement design of angle steel tower.
