【摘要】：近年來,工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護和利用越來越受到專家學(xué)者的關(guān)注,伴隨著工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護與再利用理論的不斷深化,工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再生的實踐也越來越多。然而目前開展的研究主要針對工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護與利用,而對再生后的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)所產(chǎn)生的影響和效益則鮮有關(guān)注。只重視前期研究和利用,忽視利用后的效果和檢驗,容易造成工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再生模式的單一或是因再生模式不合理等原因引起的再次荒廢。本文在此背景下,將工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)被利用而產(chǎn)生的現(xiàn)象和影響稱作為工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的再生效應(yīng),旨在開展工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再生效應(yīng)評價體系構(gòu)建的研究,不僅有助于完善工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護與利用理論體系,也可以通過對既有再生項目的評估,對同類項目提供借鑒和參考,促進工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護和可持續(xù)利用。本文從工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再生所處的時代背景和其自身的特點出發(fā),結(jié)合國內(nèi)外工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)相關(guān)評價內(nèi)容,從三方面構(gòu)建評價體系框架,分別是工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再生過程評價、可持續(xù)性評價以及再生價值評價。首先在此基礎(chǔ)上分別論述三方面評價體系所包含的評價內(nèi)容,再生過程評價主要是針對工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再生過程中工作質(zhì)量以及管理水平的評價;可持續(xù)性評價則是針對工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再生后其自身的可持續(xù)性以及對周邊社會、經(jīng)濟和環(huán)境的可持續(xù)性的評價;再生價值的評價,是針對工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再生后其自身的歷史文化、社會經(jīng)濟等價值的評估。其次,根據(jù)每部分體系評價內(nèi)容的不同,篩選不同的指標構(gòu)成,并選擇相應(yīng)適合的評價方法,最終構(gòu)建出適用性高、較為科學(xué)的評價體系。最后,引入龜北區(qū)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再生的實例,對此工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)運用構(gòu)建的評價體系進行評價,一方面檢驗了龜北區(qū)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再生的成敗,另一方面也體現(xiàn)了評價體系框架在工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)再生效應(yīng)評價上的適用性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the protection and utilization of industrial heritage has been paid more and more attention by experts and scholars, along with the deepening of the theory of industrial heritage protection and reuse. The practice of industrial heritage regeneration is also more and more. However, the current research mainly focuses on the protection and utilization of industrial heritage, while little attention is paid to the impact and benefit of the regenerated industrial heritage. Neglecting the effect and test after utilization, it is easy to cause the rebirth mode of industrial heritage to be single or to be abandoned again because of unreasonable regeneration mode. The phenomenon and influence caused by industrial heritage being used is called the regeneration effect of industrial heritage. The purpose of this study is to carry out the research on the evaluation system of industrial heritage regeneration effect, which is not only helpful to perfect the theoretical system of industrial heritage protection and utilization. Through the evaluation of the existing regeneration projects, it can provide reference and reference for the similar projects, and promote the protection and sustainable utilization of industrial heritage. This paper starts from the background of the times and its own characteristics of industrial heritage regeneration. Based on the evaluation contents of industrial heritage at home and abroad, the evaluation system framework is constructed from three aspects, namely, industrial heritage regeneration process evaluation. On the basis of this, the evaluation of regeneration process is mainly aimed at the quality of work and the level of management in the process of industrial heritage regeneration. The evaluation of sustainability is aimed at the sustainability of the industrial heritage after regeneration, and the evaluation of the social, economic and environmental sustainability of the surrounding society; the evaluation of the value of regeneration is aimed at the history and culture of the industrial heritage after the regeneration. Secondly, according to the different evaluation contents of each part of the system, we select different index composition, and select the appropriate evaluation method, and finally construct a more scientific evaluation system with high applicability. This paper introduces an example of industrial heritage regeneration in Gubei District, and evaluates the evaluation system constructed by the application of this industrial heritage. On the one hand, it tests the success or failure of industrial heritage regeneration in Gubei District. On the other hand, it also reflects the applicability of the evaluation system framework in the evaluation of industrial heritage regeneration effect.
