【摘要】:金普廣場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目應(yīng)用抗震樓梯施工技術(shù),在樓梯平臺(tái)支座處采用鋼板及石墨將支座分離使其可以自由滑動(dòng),使得剪力、彎矩有效釋放,避免樓梯的瞬間破壞。通過優(yōu)選材料,使其抗震效果更優(yōu),支座處滑動(dòng)板采用鍍鋅合金鋼板,鋼板間潤(rùn)滑材料優(yōu)選為膨脹石墨。在工藝方面預(yù)留裝修面層,采用C形夾進(jìn)行臨時(shí)加固,應(yīng)用了定型鋼模板及定尺鋼筋。
[Abstract]:The construction technology of aseismic stair is used in the Project of Kimp Square, and the steel plate and graphite are used to separate the supports of the stair platform so that they can slide freely, so that the shear force and bending moment can be effectively released, and the instant destruction of the staircase can be avoided. The sliding plate at the support is zinc-plated alloy steel plate, and the lubricating material between the steel plates is selected as expanded graphite. The decoration surface layer is reserved for the process, the C-shaped clamp is used for temporary reinforcement, and the formwork and sizing steel bar are applied.
