【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,人民生活水平不斷改善,人們對(duì)生活環(huán)境要求日益提高,尤其是對(duì)居住環(huán)境不斷提出新的要求,從而對(duì)建筑的智能化有更好的要求。智能建筑系統(tǒng)是指以搭建建筑主體內(nèi)的建筑智能化管理系統(tǒng)為目的,利用綜合布線技術(shù)、樓宇自控技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)互聯(lián)技術(shù)、多媒體應(yīng)用技術(shù)、安全防范技術(shù)等將相關(guān)設(shè)備、軟件進(jìn)行集成設(shè)計(jì)、安裝調(diào)試、界面定制開發(fā)和應(yīng)用支持。智能建筑在我國(guó)建筑領(lǐng)域?qū)⒂芯薮蟮陌l(fā)展前景,同時(shí)智能建筑將給人們的生產(chǎn)與生活帶來節(jié)能高效,舒適與便捷。百康商業(yè)廣場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目位于田陽縣敢壯大道與南百二級(jí)公路交界處,周圍市政設(shè)施齊全。本項(xiàng)目共三個(gè)子項(xiàng)目:百康商業(yè)廣場(chǎng)住宅樓、百康商業(yè)廣場(chǎng)公寓樓、百康商業(yè)廣場(chǎng)辦公樓,項(xiàng)目總建筑面積為57222.88m2。住宅樓建筑高度為57.0m,為一類高層建筑。公寓樓建筑高度為56.8m,為一類高層建筑。辦公樓部分共11層,層高均4.9m,為一類公共建筑。通過深入分析智能建筑系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)以及組成,使用AutoCAD軟件,根據(jù)用戶需求及相關(guān)規(guī)范對(duì)百康商業(yè)廣場(chǎng)智能建筑系統(tǒng)中的樓宇自動(dòng)化進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),包括高低壓供配電系統(tǒng),電力照明系統(tǒng),應(yīng)急照明系統(tǒng),消防自動(dòng)報(bào)警系統(tǒng),電氣火災(zāi)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),防雷接地系統(tǒng),光纖進(jìn)戶系統(tǒng),訪客對(duì)講系統(tǒng),視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),給排水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)等。本文還結(jié)合百康商業(yè)廣場(chǎng)甲方對(duì)智能管理系統(tǒng)的具體要求,設(shè)計(jì)了該小區(qū)管理的系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),開發(fā)了百康商業(yè)廣場(chǎng)智能管理系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's national economy, people's living standards are constantly improved, people's living environment requirements are increasing, especially for the living environment constantly put forward new requirements. Intelligent building system is to build the main body of the building intelligent management system for the purpose, the use of comprehensive wiring technology, building automation technology, communication technology. Network interconnection technology, multimedia application technology, security technology and other related equipment, software integration design, installation and debugging. Intelligent building will have a great development prospect in the field of architecture in our country. At the same time, intelligent building will bring energy saving and high efficiency to people's production and life. Comfortable and convenient. Baikang Commercial Plaza Project is located at the junction of Tianyang County Dangzhuang Avenue and Nanbai second class highway. The surrounding municipal facilities are complete. This project consists of three sub-projects: Baikang Commercial Square Residential Building. Baikang commercial square apartment building, Baikang commercial square office building, the total construction area of the project is 57222.88m2.The building height of residential building is 57.0m. It is a kind of high-rise building. The height of apartment building is 56.8 m. The office building has 11 stories and the average height is 4.9 m. For a class of public buildings, through in-depth analysis of the structure and composition of intelligent building systems, the use of AutoCAD software. According to the requirements of users and related specifications, the building automation system of Baikang Commercial Plaza Intelligent Building system is designed, including high and low voltage power supply and distribution system, electric lighting system, emergency lighting system, fire automatic alarm system. Electrical fire monitoring system, lightning grounding system, optical fiber access system, visitor intercom system, video surveillance system. The paper also designs the system structure of the district management and develops the intelligent management system of Baikang Commercial Plaza according to the specific requirements of Party A of Baikang Commercial Plaza for the intelligent management system.
