緩凝劑和高效減水劑對硫鋁酸鹽水泥流動性和強度的影響及其機理研究

【摘要】:復(fù)合摻入緩凝劑與高效減水劑,被認為是改善水泥漿體流動性和降低漿體流動性經(jīng)時損失的常用方法之一。針對硫鋁酸鹽水泥混凝土坍落度損失大和凝結(jié)時間不易控制等問題,本文選擇了兩種緩凝劑—檸檬酸(CA)和葡萄糖酸鈉(SG),將它們分別與萘系高效減水劑(BNS)、氨基磺酸鹽高效減水劑(AS)及聚羧酸高效減水劑(PC)復(fù)合摻入到硫鋁酸鹽水泥漿體和膠砂中,研究了緩凝劑對摻高效減水劑硫鋁酸鹽水泥塑化漿體流動性、凝結(jié)時間及膠砂試件各齡期強度的影響。測試結(jié)果表明:單摻高效減水劑時,水泥漿體流動度均隨減水劑摻量的增加而增大;兩種緩凝劑的摻量為0.03%~0.15%時,均使水泥漿體流動度有很大提高,并降低了經(jīng)時損失,且SG的作用效果更好一些;緩凝劑的摻量越大,漿體的凝結(jié)時間越長,膠砂強度越低。對于上述現(xiàn)象,采用紫外分光光度計、Zeta電位儀、X-射線衍射儀(XRD)及掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)對硫鋁酸鹽水泥漿體中高效減水劑的吸附量、漿體的Zeta電位、水化產(chǎn)物中鈣礬石的生成量及其形貌進行了測試分析。實驗結(jié)果表明:(1)隨著高效減水劑摻量的增加和水化時間的延長,水泥漿體對高效減水劑的吸附量也增加;(2)水泥漿體的Zeta電位測試結(jié)果與流動性的結(jié)果很好地吻合;(3)XRD測試的結(jié)果表明CA和SG分別與以上三種不同高效減水劑摻入到水泥漿體中,均使水泥漿體中的鈣礬石略有降低;(4)SEM測試結(jié)果表明三種高效減水劑摻入使得硫鋁酸鹽水泥漿體7d的水化產(chǎn)物鈣礬石呈針狀結(jié)構(gòu),而當兩種緩凝劑分別摻入到三種高效減水劑塑化水泥漿體時,CA和SG則均抑制了水泥漿體中鈣礬石的生長與結(jié)晶,且在7d時呈柱狀結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Mixed with retarder and superplasticizer. It is considered to be one of the common methods to improve the fluidity of cement paste and to reduce the loss of slurry fluidity in time, aiming at the problems of large slump loss of sulphoaluminate cement concrete and difficult control of setting time, etc. In this paper, two kinds of retarders, citric acid (CA) and sodium gluconate (SGN), were selected and used as naphthalene superplasticizers (BNSs). Amino sulfonate superplasticizer (ASA) and polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer (PCP) were mixed into sulphoaluminate cement paste and mortar. The effects of retarder on the fluidity, setting time and strength of cement plasticized paste with high efficiency water reducer were studied. The fluidity of cement paste increases with the increase of water reducer content. When the content of two retarders is 0.03 ~ 0.15, the fluidity of cement paste is greatly improved, and the loss of time is reduced, and the effect of SG is better. The larger the content of retarder, the longer the setting time of slurry and the lower the strength of cemented sand. For the above phenomena, the ultraviolet spectrophotometer and Zeta potentiometer are used. X- ray diffractometer (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to study the adsorption of sulphoaluminate cement paste with superplasticizer and the Zeta potential of the slurry. The formation amount and morphology of ettringite in hydration products were tested and analyzed. The experimental results show that the content of water reducer increases and the hydration time increases with the increase of water reducer content. The adsorption capacity of the cement paste to the superplasticizer is also increased. (2) the Zeta potential of cement paste is in good agreement with that of fluidity. The results of XRD test showed that CA and SG were mixed with the above three kinds of superplasticizer into the cement paste, and the ettringite content in the cement paste decreased slightly. The SEM results show that the hydration product ettringite of sulphoaluminate cement paste has a needle-like structure after the addition of three superplasticizers. When the two retarders were added into the plasticized cement paste, CA and SG both inhibited the growth and crystallization of ettringite in the cement paste, and showed a columnar structure at 7 days.
