【摘要】：森林景觀資源是指森林具有游覽、觀光、休閑、體驗、科學(xué)普查等價值,是建設(shè)森林公園,發(fā)展森林旅游的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。在保護(hù)森林生態(tài)環(huán)境系統(tǒng)平衡的前提下,適度的開發(fā)森林景觀資源,發(fā)展森林旅游業(yè)是現(xiàn)代旅游業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢,也是生態(tài)旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展方向。對森林公園景觀資源進(jìn)行評價,了解不同森林公園景觀資源類型的現(xiàn)狀,是有效管理和合理開發(fā)森林公園的重要前提和保證。本文以天光山森林公園為例,系統(tǒng)地闡述了森林景觀資源的概念及特征,回顧了國內(nèi)外對森林景觀資源的評價及開發(fā)利用研究的現(xiàn)狀及進(jìn)展。在此基礎(chǔ)上,首先對天光山森林公園的森林景觀資源進(jìn)行了全面細(xì)致的調(diào)研,然后采用SBE法、定量評價方法進(jìn)行評價,最后用層次分析和模糊分析等方法對其不同類型風(fēng)景林及不同類型景觀資源的權(quán)重值進(jìn)行評價并排序,分析不同景觀資源的優(yōu)劣。結(jié)果顯示：(1)根據(jù)SBE法分析并按得分排名,天光山森林公園景觀資源中大龍灣瀑布、艷陽峰,觀日臺等景點(diǎn)的SBE得分值最高,天光山森林公園應(yīng)該著重發(fā)展的景點(diǎn)。而江東水庫,飛來石等景點(diǎn)得分較低,應(yīng)改善景點(diǎn)的發(fā)展方向。(2)天光山森林公園在《中國森林公園風(fēng)景資源等級評定》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的最后綜合得分38.1分(滿分為50分),風(fēng)景資源天光山森林公園景觀資源具有很大的發(fā)展?jié)摿Ψ秶?旅游景觀資源豐富,開發(fā)價值非常高。符合生態(tài)環(huán)境優(yōu)良,氣候宜人適游,天光山森林公園覆蓋率高,大氣質(zhì)量,地表水質(zhì)量,土壤質(zhì)量,均達(dá)到國家環(huán)境質(zhì)量Ⅰ級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。森林公園環(huán)境容量及適游期充足,開發(fā)利用良好,這些都為旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了良好的生態(tài)環(huán)境基礎(chǔ)。(3)天光山森林公園自然景觀秀麗壯美,同時還保留部分歷史、宗教文化。園內(nèi)自然景觀優(yōu)美,人文歷史方面,歷史遺跡完好,墓葬比較完整。公園融自然人文景觀于一體,具有開發(fā)潛力。根據(jù)各項景觀資源指標(biāo)的權(quán)重和模糊的得分,最終結(jié)果為3.1493分(滿分5分),按照《旅游資源評估與開發(fā)》其生態(tài)旅游資源開發(fā)品質(zhì)級別屬于“很有潛力”范圍。(4)總結(jié)了天光山森林公園森林景觀資源開發(fā)利用的模式與對策,該成果對天光山森林公園生態(tài)旅游業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的借鑒意義,亦可為湖南生態(tài)旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:Forest landscape resources refer to the forest has the value of sightseeing, sightseeing, leisure, experience, scientific survey and other values, is the construction of forest parks, the development of forest tourism material basis, in the protection of the premise of balanced forest ecological environment system. The development of forest landscape resources and forest tourism is the trend of modern tourism development and the development direction of ecological tourism. The evaluation of forest park landscape resources is carried out. Understanding the current situation of different forest park landscape resource types is an important prerequisite and guarantee for effective management and rational development of forest park. This paper takes Tianguangshan Forest Park as an example. The concept and characteristics of forest landscape resources are systematically expounded, and the present situation and progress of research on the evaluation, development and utilization of forest landscape resources at home and abroad are reviewed. Firstly, the forest landscape resources of Tianguang Mountain Forest Park were investigated thoroughly and carefully, and then the quantitative evaluation method was used to evaluate the forest landscape resources by using SBE method. Finally, the weights of different types of landscape forest and different types of landscape resources are evaluated and sorted by AHP and fuzzy analysis. Analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different landscape resources. The results show that according to SBE analysis and score ranking, Tianguangshan Forest Park landscape resources of Dalong Bay Falls, sunny peak. The SBE score of the scenic spots such as observation of Japan and Taiwan is the highest, the Tianguang Mountain Forest Park should focus on the development of the scenic spots, while the Jiangdong Reservoir, Feilashi and other scenic spots have a lower score. The final comprehensive score of Tianguang Mountain Forest Park in the Standard of China Forest Park Scenic Resources rating is 38.1 (full score 50). The landscape resources of Tianguangshan Forest Park have a great potential range of development, rich tourist landscape resources, very high development value, in line with the good ecological environment, the climate is suitable for tourism. The forest park of Tianguang Mountain has high coverage, air quality, surface water quality and soil quality, all of which meet the national environmental quality class 鈪，
