【摘要】：現(xiàn)代城市中的老北京民居經(jīng)歷了數(shù)個(gè)朝代的變遷,各個(gè)時(shí)期的政治、文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)、審美情趣等都影響了老北京民居,老北京民居最能體現(xiàn)北京城的城市特色和文化底蘊(yùn)�，F(xiàn)代城市中老北京民居用建筑的語(yǔ)言保留了城市中最具鮮明的特色,這些特色是城市文化歷史的傳承,是城市“根”的所在,不可替代。在很多對(duì)老北京民居更新改造的研究中,理論實(shí)施于實(shí)踐出現(xiàn)了很多問(wèn)題。關(guān)于老北京民居人居環(huán)境理論與實(shí)踐操作還很難同步。在對(duì)四合院進(jìn)行保護(hù)和改造的過(guò)程中,大多數(shù)也只是注重其對(duì)于建筑形式的上的保護(hù),而缺乏將傳統(tǒng)人居環(huán)境與現(xiàn)代人居環(huán)境的轉(zhuǎn)化,而這樣就會(huì)導(dǎo)致文化內(nèi)涵的缺失。對(duì)現(xiàn)代城市中老北京民居的人居環(huán)境進(jìn)行研究,分析老北京民居的各個(gè)歷史時(shí)期的發(fā)展演變規(guī)律。把老北京民居進(jìn)行分類,分為大雜院;獨(dú)院獨(dú)戶四合院;高檔四合院;功能轉(zhuǎn)化四合院,按類型從在自然、人、社會(huì)、建筑、支撐網(wǎng)絡(luò),五大系統(tǒng)分析老北京民居,并指出存在的問(wèn)題。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入研究,并提出解決方案,尤其對(duì)適宜尺度,室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)等角度進(jìn)行研究。在現(xiàn)代城市的建筑設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)用從老北京民居中吸收的優(yōu)點(diǎn)�？傊�,著重人與環(huán)境的關(guān)系,從人的需求的角度出發(fā),整體系統(tǒng)的研究在現(xiàn)代城市中如何最大限度的滿足老北京民居中人的需求,在保護(hù)老北京民居傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)貌的前提下,建設(shè)更符合人需求的場(chǎng)所。
[Abstract]:The old Beijing folk houses in modern cities have undergone several dynasties' changes, and the political, cultural, economic, technical and aesthetic interests of each period have affected the old Beijing folk houses. Old Beijing folk houses can best reflect the city's urban characteristics and cultural heritage. In modern cities, the language of old Beijing residential buildings retains the most distinctive characteristics of the city, these characteristics are the heritage of urban culture and history. Is the "root" of the city, irreplaceable. In many of the old Beijing residential renovation research. There are many problems in practice. It is difficult to synchronize the theory of residential environment of old Beijing and practice. In the process of protecting and reforming quadrangles. Most of them only pay attention to the protection of the architectural form, and lack the transformation of the traditional habitat environment and the modern human settlement environment. This will lead to the lack of cultural connotations. This paper studies the living environment of the old Beijing folk houses in modern cities, analyzes the development and evolution of the old Beijing residential houses in each historical period, and classifies the old Beijing residential houses. Divided into large courtyard; Single family courtyard; High-grade siheyuan; Function transformation quadrangle, according to the type of nature, people, society, architecture, support network, five systems analysis of the old Beijing residential, and pointed out the existing problems. And put forward the solution, especially for the appropriate scale, interior design and other angles to study. In modern urban architecture design application from the old Beijing residential advantages. In short, emphasis on the relationship between people and the environment. From the point of view of human needs, the overall system of research in the modern city how to meet the needs of the people in the old Beijing residence, under the premise of protecting the traditional style of the old Beijing residence.
