【摘要】：伴隨著旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)的蓬勃發(fā)展,云南省成為了度假酒店建設(shè)的又一片熱土。除了四季宜人的氣候和豐富多樣的生態(tài)資源,獨特的少數(shù)民族文化財富成為了云南省度假酒店的區(qū)別于其他的獨有特色。其中,大理、麗江地區(qū)憑借其別具魅力的雪山、高原湖泊等地形地貌資源和白族、納西、彝族、藏族等少數(shù)民族文化資源,成為了云南省體驗式旅游和度假酒店建設(shè)最富代表性的地區(qū)之一。近年來,大理麗江地區(qū)建成了一大批以本土文化體驗特別是少數(shù)民族文化體驗為核心的精品度假酒店,如麗江悅榕莊、鉑爾曼度假酒店、麗江英迪格度假酒店等。這些度假酒店不僅在商業(yè)運作上取得了巨大的成功,而且也成功地塑造了高品質(zhì)的建筑空間環(huán)境,收到了旅游者和建筑行業(yè)的廣泛贊譽。這一類酒店建筑,不可避免地要從本土傳統(tǒng)建筑,特別是民居建筑的原型中找尋靈感的源泉和設(shè)計的依據(jù),而在云南傳統(tǒng)建筑中,庭院空間不僅是生活交往的活動場所,也是體現(xiàn)云南少數(shù)民族天人合一、敬畏而又親近自然的哲學(xué)思想的精神性場所�！叭恳徽毡凇�、“四合五天井”等建筑風(fēng)俗都體現(xiàn)著庭院空間于整體空間組織中的核心地位。因此庭院空間的設(shè)計,對于注重文化體驗度假酒店的整體設(shè)計,可謂至關(guān)重要。同時,我們同時也不應(yīng)該忽視,目前大理、麗江地區(qū)大部分度假酒店圍繞庭院空間地域特色、民族特色的塑造,仍然以對傳統(tǒng)建筑細(xì)部不加處理的折衷為主,甚至為了迎合外地、外國旅游者的先驗的想象而對所謂東方元素進(jìn)行任意拼貼,對本土民族文化、傳統(tǒng)民居建筑的價值內(nèi)核與空間特征缺乏建筑學(xué)上的提煉和歸納。根據(jù)批判地域主義建筑設(shè)計思潮的觀點,傳承、發(fā)展本土建筑、地域文化的方式,不應(yīng)該是對舊形式的簡單搬運和堆砌,而應(yīng)該運用批判和辯證的視角進(jìn)行過濾和“再詮釋”�；诖�,本文試圖以本土傳統(tǒng)民居研究為基礎(chǔ),探索庭院空間的建筑學(xué)本質(zhì)構(gòu)成,結(jié)合建成案例的考察和國內(nèi)外批判地域主義理論研究的成果,對目前的度假酒店庭院空間設(shè)計實踐進(jìn)行歸納、分析和批判,以期探索一套既具有時代性同時又根植于本土歷史文化土壤的度假酒店庭院空間設(shè)計原則與策略。
[Abstract]:With the booming development of tourism economy, Yunnan Province has become another hot land for the construction of resort hotels. Besides the pleasant climate and rich and diverse ecological resources in the four seasons. The unique cultural wealth of ethnic minorities has become the difference between the resort hotels in Yunnan Province and other unique characteristics. Among them, Dali, Lijiang area with its unique charm of snow mountains, plateau lakes and other landform resources and Bai nationality. Naxi, Yi, Tibetan and other minority cultural resources have become one of the most representative areas of experience tourism and resort hotel construction in Yunnan Province in recent years. Dali Lijiang area has built a large number of local cultural experience, especially the cultural experience of ethnic minorities as the core of the boutique resort, such as Lijiang Yue Banyan, Paterman Resort. Lijiang Indigo Resort, etc., these resorts have not only made great success in commercial operation, but also successfully created a high-quality architectural space environment. This kind of hotel architecture inevitably has to look for the source of inspiration and the basis of design from the local traditional architecture, especially the prototypes of residential buildings. In the traditional architecture of Yunnan, the courtyard space is not only the activity place of life and communication, but also the spiritual place that embodies the harmony of nature and man among the minority nationalities in Yunnan, which is in awe of and close to nature. The architectural customs such as "four and five patios" reflect the core position of courtyard space in the overall space organization. Therefore, the design of courtyard space is focused on the overall design of the resort hotel with cultural experience. At the same time, we should not ignore, at present, most of the resort hotels in Lijiang area around the courtyard space regional characteristics, the shaping of national characteristics. Still to the traditional architectural details do not deal with the main compromise, or even in order to cater to the foreign tourists' transcendental imagination and the so-called Oriental elements of arbitrary collage, to the local national culture. The value core and spatial characteristics of the traditional residential architecture are lack of architectural refining and induction. According to the view of critical regionalism architectural design trend of thought, inheritance, development of local architecture, regional culture. Rather than simply handling and stacking the old forms, we should use critical and dialectical perspectives to filter and "reinterpret". Based on this, this paper attempts to base on the study of local traditional houses. Explore the architectural nature of courtyard space composition, combined with the completion of the case study and the domestic and foreign critical regionalism theory research results, the current resort hotel courtyard space design practice is summarized, analyzed and criticized. The purpose of this paper is to explore a set of principles and strategies for the design of the courtyard space of the resort hotel, which has the characteristics of the times and is rooted in the native historical and cultural soil.
