基于BIM技術(shù)的住宅工業(yè)化應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:從目前我國住宅建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展來看,住宅建筑業(yè)的機(jī)械化程度低、資源消耗大、污染嚴(yán)重等粗放式的發(fā)展模式依然沒有太大改變。近些年,我國提出要逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)住宅工業(yè)化,從根本上改變目前傳統(tǒng)住宅建造方面所存在的弊端。工業(yè)化住宅具有環(huán)保節(jié)能、綠色生產(chǎn)施工、解決勞動(dòng)力緊缺問題、建造速度快等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。然而,目前我國工業(yè)化住宅樣式單調(diào)、預(yù)制構(gòu)件在工廠化生產(chǎn)中生產(chǎn)工藝落后,建設(shè)項(xiàng)目參與各方協(xié)調(diào)能力差,施工安裝機(jī)械化程度低,施工管理技術(shù)不能滿足多專業(yè)協(xié)同作業(yè)的要求,這些問題嚴(yán)重阻礙了住宅工業(yè)化的發(fā)展。目前,國家正在大力推廣住宅工業(yè)化,如何解決目前住宅工業(yè)化中所面臨的問題,為住宅工業(yè)化的發(fā)展提供一種良好的發(fā)展途徑,在改善人們居住環(huán)境的同時(shí),實(shí)現(xiàn)住宅的綠色、可持續(xù)的發(fā)展,成為一個(gè)非常有價(jià)值的研究問題。本文從傳統(tǒng)住宅建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在問題入手,對(duì)住宅工業(yè)化的內(nèi)涵和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行闡述,指出發(fā)展住宅工業(yè)化的重要性,并總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外住宅工業(yè)化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析指出我國發(fā)展住宅工業(yè)化所面臨的阻礙因素。闡述了BIM技術(shù)的內(nèi)涵和主要特征,分析了建設(shè)項(xiàng)目參與各方運(yùn)用BIM技術(shù)的核心應(yīng)用價(jià)值,提出了住宅工業(yè)化中BIM技術(shù)的應(yīng)用思路,對(duì)BIM技術(shù)在住宅工業(yè)化的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、工廠化生產(chǎn)、施工、設(shè)施管理階段的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的研究。研究表明:將BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用于住宅建筑的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì)、工廠化生產(chǎn)、裝配化施工、信息化管理等方面具有巨大潛力。
[Abstract]:From the current development of the residential construction industry, the degree of mechanization of the residential construction industry is low, resource consumption is large, serious pollution and other extensive development patterns have not changed too much in recent years. Our country proposes to realize the housing industrialization step by step, fundamentally change the malpractice existing in the traditional housing construction at present. The industrialized residence has the environmental protection and energy saving, the green production construction, solves the labor force shortage problem. However, at present, the industrial housing style in our country is monotonous, the production process of prefabricated components is backward in factory production, the coordination ability of all parties involved in construction project is poor, and the degree of construction installation mechanization is low. Construction management technology can not meet the requirements of multi-professional collaborative operation, these problems seriously hinder the development of housing industrialization. At present, the country is vigorously promoting housing industrialization. How to solve the current housing industrialization problems, for the development of housing industrialization to provide a good way of development, while improving the living environment, to achieve the green and sustainable development of housing. This paper begins with the current situation and existing problems of the traditional residential construction industry, expounds the connotation and characteristics of the housing industrialization, and points out the importance of the development of the housing industrialization. And summarized the domestic and foreign housing industrialization development present situation, pointed out our country to develop the housing industrialization to face the obstacle factor, elaborated the BIM technology connotation and the main characteristic. This paper analyzes on the core application value of BIM technology applied by all parties involved in construction projects, and puts forward the application ideas of BIM technology in housing industrialization. The planning, design and industrial production of BIM technology in housing industrialization are also discussed. The research shows that the BIM technology is applied to the standardized design, factory production and assembly construction of residential buildings. Information management and other aspects have great potential.
