【摘要】：近年來,全球氣候變暖,“二氧化碳”模式逐漸升溫,雷爆雨的現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)頻率較多,給人們生活環(huán)境帶來威脅最大的當(dāng)屬雷電災(zāi)害,每年由于遭受雷電所造成的傷亡數(shù)據(jù)逐年增多,造成的損失巨大,無論是從衛(wèi)星、通信、導(dǎo)航、還是涉及到每個家庭的家用電器都有一定的幾率遭受雷電的威脅。例如,2009年鄭州煤業(yè)集團(tuán)礦山電線遭雷擊斷線,2012年修文縣龍窩煤礦遭雷擊等。隨著雷電防護(hù)逐漸受到國家的重視,相繼分別在2000年,2011年、2012年出臺了關(guān)于建筑物對直擊雷防護(hù)的規(guī)范要求。以江西省為例,該省為雷擊多發(fā)區(qū),每年有7個月處于雷暴主要發(fā)生期,平均雷暴日為54-72天,最高年份達(dá)77天。近年來,因無防雷設(shè)施或設(shè)備不完備我省遭受雷害的惡性事故時有發(fā)生,給國家和人民生命財(cái)產(chǎn)帶來重大損失。江西省有關(guān)部門對防雷工作給予高度重視,為此下發(fā)了《江西省公安廳、氣象局關(guān)于加強(qiáng)防雷減災(zāi)工作的通知》等有關(guān)文件,要求各單位、各部門切實(shí)加強(qiáng)抵御雷電危害的能力。本文首先分析了選題背景,近年來,防雷工程逐漸進(jìn)入國家重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目工程行列,部分大型的國家重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目在做基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)時就已經(jīng)將防雷工程納入建設(shè)的施工過程中,因?yàn)榉览坠こ逃捎谄涮厥庑?很容易受到天氣等因素的影響,從而影響其實(shí)際的后期使用效果。其次本文選擇的是施工相對來說較為復(fù)雜的銅礦家屬區(qū)防雷工程為例,從勘測、錄入數(shù)據(jù)、設(shè)計(jì)方案、組織實(shí)施施工以及項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收、售后服務(wù)等,在其中使用項(xiàng)目管理方法對防雷工程進(jìn)行科學(xué)的管理,通過結(jié)論并總結(jié)實(shí)際操作經(jīng)驗(yàn),得出項(xiàng)目管理方法在防雷工程的質(zhì)量和施工進(jìn)度方面較之前有大幅度的提高。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the global warming, "carbon dioxide" model gradually warming up, the phenomenon of thunder and detonation rain appears more frequently. The most serious threat to people's living environment is lightning disaster. The number of casualties caused by lightning is increasing year by year, resulting in huge losses, whether from satellites, communications, navigation. Or every household appliance has a certain chance of being threatened by lightning. In 2009, for example, Zhengzhou Coal Group mine wire was cut by lightning. In 2012, Longwo Coal Mine in Xiuwen County was struck by lightning, etc. With the lightning protection gradually being attached importance to by the state, one after another in 2000, 2011. In 2012, the regulations on direct lightning protection of buildings were issued. Taking Jiangxi Province as an example, the province is a lightning strike prone area. There are 7 months in the main thunderstorm occurrence period every year, the average thunderstorm day is 54-72 days. The maximum year of 77 days. In recent years, due to the lack of lightning protection facilities or equipment is not complete in our province suffered from lightning accidents from time to time. The relevant departments in Jiangxi Province have attached great importance to the work of lightning protection, and for this reason have issued the "Jiangxi Provincial Public Security Department". The relevant documents of the Meteorological Bureau on strengthening the work of lightning prevention and disaster reduction require all units and departments to strengthen their ability to resist lightning hazards. This paper first analyzes the background of the selected topics in recent years. Lightning protection project has gradually entered the ranks of national key projects. Some large national key projects have already brought lightning protection into the construction process because of its particularity. It is easy to be affected by weather and other factors, thus affecting its actual later use effect. Secondly, this paper selects the relatively complex construction of copper mine family area lightning protection project as an example, from the survey, input data. Design scheme, organization and implementation of construction, project acceptance, after-sales service, and so on, in which the use of project management methods for the scientific management of lightning protection engineering, through the conclusion and summary of practical operational experience. It is concluded that the project management method has greatly improved the quality and construction schedule of lightning protection project.
