【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展與進(jìn)步,城市中的大型公共設(shè)施如雨后春筍般出現(xiàn)在我們眼前,但近年來大型建筑倒塌毀壞事件屢見不鮮。這就使得對(duì)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行全壽命健康監(jiān)測(cè)成為了整個(gè)社會(huì)的迫切需要。結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)是保證重大工程結(jié)構(gòu)安全的重要手段,對(duì)于保障人民群眾的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全以及經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重大意義。本文設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)重大建筑結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測(cè)與全壽命安全監(jiān)控平臺(tái),長期、實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)并分析大型建筑物的各項(xiàng)狀態(tài)信息,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的健康度和壽命的準(zhǔn)確評(píng)估采取相應(yīng)措施,提高重大建筑物安全運(yùn)營水平。主要研究內(nèi)容及成果如下:(1)將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)應(yīng)用到建筑結(jié)構(gòu)領(lǐng)域,取代了傳統(tǒng)監(jiān)測(cè)手段,使得離線的、間斷性的監(jiān)測(cè)變?yōu)閷?shí)時(shí)、在線。應(yīng)用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),從感知層、傳輸層、應(yīng)用層三個(gè)方面將工業(yè)化與信息化集成,實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)采集數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行全面感知、可靠傳輸、智能處理。(2)基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的建筑結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)綜合管理、實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)、數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表、安全評(píng)估、短信預(yù)警、視頻監(jiān)控以及提供參數(shù)走勢(shì)圖等功能;研發(fā)了Android系統(tǒng)智能手機(jī)的建筑結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),該方案減少了以往通過Internet方式實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控時(shí)對(duì)PC的依賴,由于智能手機(jī)的便攜性,也使本系統(tǒng)方案中的監(jiān)測(cè)與控制更具人性化。(3)本文結(jié)合淮南大劇院和河南中牟國家農(nóng)業(yè)公園門景標(biāo)志“領(lǐng)頭雁”等實(shí)際工程,建立重大建筑工程健康狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)和故障預(yù)警系統(tǒng),對(duì)建筑安全運(yùn)營提供實(shí)時(shí)、全面的監(jiān)控與分析,實(shí)踐證明該系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行良好,能夠可靠地為建筑結(jié)構(gòu)安全預(yù)警和針對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)制定應(yīng)對(duì)措施提供科學(xué)、合理的理論依據(jù),指導(dǎo)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工,并可為其他同類工程提供借鑒。本文針對(duì)整個(gè)社會(huì)對(duì)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)全壽命健康監(jiān)測(cè)的迫切需求,設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的健康監(jiān)測(cè)與全壽命期安全監(jiān)控平臺(tái)系統(tǒng),對(duì)保障城市安全和城市功能的正常發(fā)揮以及經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重大意義。
[Abstract]:With the development and progress of the society, large public facilities in the city have sprung up in front of our eyes. However, in recent years, the collapse and destruction of large buildings are common, which makes it an urgent need for the whole society to monitor the whole life of the building structure. The structural health monitoring system is to ensure the safety of the major engineering structure. Important means. It is of great significance to ensure the safety of people's life and property and the sustainable development of economy and society. This paper designs and realizes the health monitoring platform and the whole life safety monitoring platform of major building structure for a long time. The state information of large buildings is monitored and analyzed in real time, and the corresponding measures are taken to evaluate the health degree and life span of the structure. The main research contents and results are as follows: 1) apply the Internet of things technology to the field of building structure, replace the traditional monitoring means, make offline. The intermittent monitoring changes to real-time, on-line. By using the technology of Internet of things, industrialization and information are integrated from three aspects: perceptual layer, transmission layer and application layer, so as to realize automatic data collection, overall perception and reliable transmission. Intelligent processing. 2) building structure health monitoring system based on Internet of things technology, can achieve comprehensive management, real-time monitoring, data reporting, security assessment, SMS early warning. Video monitoring and provide parameter diagram and other functions; The building structure health monitoring system of Android system smart phone is developed. This scheme reduces the dependence on PC when realizing remote monitoring by Internet. Because of the portability of the smart phone, the monitoring and control in this system is more humanized.) this paper combines the Huainan Grand Theater with the gate sign of Zhongmu National Agricultural Park of Henan Province, "leading Goose" and so on. The health condition monitoring and fault warning system of major construction projects is established to provide real-time and comprehensive monitoring and analysis for building safety operation. The practice shows that the system works well. It can provide scientific and reasonable theoretical basis for building structure safety early warning and risk response measures to guide site construction. And can provide reference for other similar projects. Aiming at the urgent need of the whole society to the whole building structure life health monitoring, this paper designs and realizes the health monitoring platform system based on the Internet of things and the whole life life safety monitoring platform. It is of great significance to ensure the safety of city, the normal exertion of urban function and the sustainable development of economy and society.
