體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固對(duì)梁長期剛度影響的分析研究

【摘要】:體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固具有輕質(zhì)高強(qiáng)、受力明確、結(jié)構(gòu)自重小、施工方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在建筑結(jié)構(gòu)加固中應(yīng)用廣泛。因此,關(guān)于體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固技術(shù)的應(yīng)用研究越來越多。但目前大部分的研究只考慮短期效應(yīng)的影響,對(duì)加固梁長期效應(yīng)影響的研究并不多。故需要對(duì)體外預(yù)應(yīng)力梁長期效應(yīng)的影響有全面的分析研究,為體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固技術(shù)提供理論支撐。本文主要針對(duì)影響體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固梁長期剛度的因素進(jìn)行分析研究,主要考慮原梁約束、轉(zhuǎn)向塊個(gè)數(shù)、預(yù)應(yīng)力筋的種類以及施加預(yù)應(yīng)力大小等因素對(duì)加固梁長期剛度的影響,同時(shí)結(jié)合規(guī)范分析了慣性矩的不同、預(yù)應(yīng)力筋貢獻(xiàn)率等因素,給出加固梁長期剛度計(jì)算公式;根據(jù)相關(guān)假定對(duì)加固梁作長期荷載作用下的受力分析,推導(dǎo)出長期撓度的計(jì)算公式;通過工程實(shí)例加以驗(yàn)證;利用有限元分析手段,對(duì)各影響因素進(jìn)行有限元分析。通過7根加固梁模型有限元分析,考慮了上述因素的影響,得到如下結(jié)論:原梁約束條件對(duì)長期剛度的影響很大,對(duì)支座處約束加強(qiáng)可以達(dá)到更好的加固目的;預(yù)應(yīng)力筋的種類、張拉控制應(yīng)力的大小、預(yù)應(yīng)力筋的布置形式等,對(duì)于加固梁長期剛度的影響不一,其中預(yù)應(yīng)力筋的布置形式影響最為突出,轉(zhuǎn)向塊的布置位置和個(gè)數(shù)對(duì)加固梁長期變形產(chǎn)生很大影響。本文聯(lián)系實(shí)際,利用理論知識(shí)和有限元分析,得到體外預(yù)應(yīng)力加固對(duì)梁長期剛度的影響規(guī)律,為以后此方面的研究提供參考,進(jìn)而為工程實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:External prestressing reinforcement has the advantages of light and high strength, clear force, small structural weight, easy construction, and so on, so it is widely used in the reinforcement of building structure. There are more and more researches on the application of external prestressing reinforcement technology, but most of the current studies only consider the effect of short-term effects. There are few studies on the long-term effects of strengthened beams, so it is necessary to have a comprehensive analysis and study on the long-term effects of external prestressed beams. This paper mainly focuses on the analysis of factors affecting the long-term stiffness of externally prestressed strengthened beams, mainly considering the constraints of the original beam and the number of steering blocks. The influence of the type of prestressing tendons and the size of prestressing force on the long-term stiffness of strengthened beams is discussed. At the same time, the difference of moment of inertia and the contribution rate of prestressed tendons are analyzed in combination with the code. The calculation formula of long-term stiffness of strengthened beam is given. According to the relative assumptions, the calculation formula of the long-term deflection is derived by the analysis of the load on the strengthened beam under the long-term load. Through engineering examples to verify; By means of finite element analysis, the influence factors are analyzed. Through the finite element analysis of 7 strengthened beam models, the influence of the above factors is considered. The conclusions are as follows: the constraint condition of the original beam has a great influence on the long-term stiffness, and the reinforcement of the support constraint can achieve a better purpose. The types of prestressed tendons, the size of tensioning control stress, the layout of prestressed tendons and so on, have different effects on the long-term stiffness of strengthened beams, among which the influence of the layout of prestressed tendons is the most prominent. The location and number of steering blocks have a great influence on the long-term deformation of strengthened beams. In this paper, the influence of external prestressed reinforcement on the long-term stiffness of beams is obtained by using theoretical knowledge and finite element analysis. It provides a reference for the future research in this field, and then provides the theoretical basis for the practical application of engineering.
