寒冷地區(qū)綠色建筑標準體系研究

【摘要】:自《綠色建筑評價標準》頒布以來,各地區(qū)多部綠色建筑評價標準相繼頒布實施。綠色建筑評價標準在數量上已有大幅增加,但評價標準外的其它綠色建筑標準卻為數寥寥。綠色建筑相關標準因一般是單個補充,缺乏系統設計而無法很好地歸入以專業(yè)學科劃分的標準體系之中,F有的以綠色建筑為主題的國家標準、行業(yè)標準因缺乏系統性,尚未形成完整的標準體系,造成標準的使用者在工程實踐應用中的困惑。本文首先對標準及標準體系定義進行界定,進而對陜西為代表的寒冷地區(qū)的綠色公共建筑與居住建筑案例進行了實例研究,統計表明寒冷地區(qū)標識數量占當年新報數量相當大比例。標識分布中,設計標識遠高于運行標識的數量;公共建筑和住宅建筑比例接近,工業(yè)建筑數量還十分稀少;從標識數量上看,標識數量與地區(qū)經濟水平具有相關性。在對中國與美國、日本、韓國三個國家的建筑標準體系、綠色建筑標準進行了整理后,從建筑標準體制、標準內容、綠色建筑標準體系做了對比研究,各國通過針對不同地區(qū)、不同建筑類型的標準調整適用適宜地區(qū)。繼而本文運用一般系統理論模型方法對標準體系復雜性進行數學分析,綠色建筑標準體系的復雜性表現在綠色建筑多參與主體和系統具有的非線性、記憶性等屬性;多主體的不同功能和需求是綠色建筑標準體系構建的動力來源,氣候類型、建筑類型和建筑生命周期是標準體系功能團。最終本文對寒冷地區(qū)綠色建筑標準體系構建思路進行初步研究,提出由氣候類型、建筑類型和建筑生命周期為軸線的由法律、標準、技術準則構成的金字塔型標準體系模型。本文提出的系統模型希望為寒冷地區(qū)綠色建筑標準的編制提供指導,使寒冷地區(qū)標準制修訂工作更具全局性、前瞻性和主動性,并最終提供一個易于在寒冷地區(qū)綠色建筑工程實踐中應用的綠色建筑標準體系工具。
[Abstract]:Since the promulgation of the "Green Building Evaluation Standards", many green building evaluation standards have been promulgated and implemented in various regions. The number of green building evaluation standards has increased significantly. However, there are few other green building standards in addition to the evaluation criteria. Green building related standards are generally a single supplement. Lack of system design and can not be well classified into the professional subject division of the standard system. The existing green building as the theme of the national standards, industry standards for lack of systemic, has not yet formed a complete standard system. Causes the standard user in the engineering practice application confusion. This article first carries on the definition to the standard and the standard system to carry on the definition. Furthermore, the case study of green public buildings and residential buildings in cold regions represented by Shaanxi is carried out. Statistics show that the number of signs in cold areas accounts for a large proportion of the number of new reports in those years. The number of design marks is much higher than that of running marks; The proportion of public buildings and residential buildings is close, the number of industrial buildings is very rare; From the point of view of marking quantity, the number of marks has a correlation with the regional economic level. After sorting out the construction standard system and green building standard of China, the United States, Japan and South Korea. From the building standard system, standard content, green building standard system to do a comparative study, countries through the different regions. The standard adjustment of different building types is suitable for the area. Then this paper uses the general system theory model method to analyze the complexity of the standard system. The complexity of the green building standard system is manifested in the nonlinear, memory and other attributes of the green building multi-participant and system. The different functions and needs of the multi-agent are the driving force and the climate type of the construction of the green building standard system. Building type and building life cycle are function groups of standard system. Finally, this paper makes a preliminary study on the idea of constructing green building standard system in cold area, and puts forward the concept of climate type. The pyramidal standard system model composed of law, standard and technical criterion is the axis of building type and building life cycle. The system model proposed in this paper hopes to provide guidance for the establishment of green building standards in cold regions. It makes the revision of standard system in cold area more comprehensive, forward-looking and proactive, and finally provides a green building standard system tool which is easy to be applied in green building engineering practice in cold area.
