    前言：文章通過對鐵礦石國際貿(mào)易定價(jià)的博弈分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)定價(jià)權(quán)能夠帶來先動(dòng)優(yōu)勢,因而買賣雙方內(nèi)部寡頭都有競爭定價(jià)權(quán)的動(dòng)力,且競爭的相對強(qiáng)度決定了各自的議價(jià)力大小;在鐵礦石國際貿(mào)易中,定價(jià)權(quán)競爭具有"弱者優(yōu)勢"效應(yīng),但其作用有限。因此,為應(yīng)對鐵礦石國際貿(mào)易持續(xù)上漲的壓力,我國鋼鐵企業(yè)應(yīng)綜合考慮定價(jià)權(quán)競爭與議價(jià)力的提升,并以改變買賣雙方定價(jià)權(quán)競爭的相對強(qiáng)度為目標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)博弈對策
    This paper finds that the pricing right can bring the price-maker first-mover advantage, thus, both, in the buyers and sellers, oligarchs have incentive to obtain the pricing right, and the relative intensity of the competition determines their bargaining power.
