迄今為止,世界貿(mào)易組織幾乎囊括了世界上所有的國(guó)家。所有發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家都是世界貿(mào)易組織成員,這也推動(dòng)了其他經(jīng)濟(jì)體加入世界貿(mào)易組織,因?yàn)榧尤胧澜缳Q(mào)易組織與該國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易發(fā)展息息相關(guān)。加入世界貿(mào)易組織意味著世界貿(mào)易組織成員國(guó)必須無(wú)條件遵守世界貿(mào)易組織規(guī)則,不得采取不利于其他成員國(guó)利益的限制性措施。吉爾吉斯斯坦積極加入世界貿(mào)易組織確保了國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)者的生產(chǎn)和自由貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,同時(shí)開(kāi)放了外商市場(chǎng),創(chuàng)造了良好的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境。多年來(lái),吉爾吉斯斯坦政府相繼出臺(tái)了幾十項(xiàng)新的外貿(mào)自由化法律、法規(guī)和招商引資政策。此外,吉爾吉斯斯的對(duì)外貿(mào)易和出口結(jié)構(gòu)在地理上和結(jié)構(gòu)上不斷發(fā)生變化,并建立了一個(gè)安全、透明的貿(mào)易體系。1998年12月20日,吉爾吉斯斯坦正式成為世界貿(mào)易組織的正式成員。CGE模型計(jì)算該國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的實(shí)際和外貿(mào)部門的經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)。該模型可用于評(píng)估貿(mào)易政策對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)影響,包括發(fā)展中國(guó)家和轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)濟(jì)體的區(qū)域貿(mào)易一體化。這清楚地表明,吉爾吉斯斯坦已成為分區(qū)域規(guī)模貿(mào)易活動(dòng)的平臺(tái)。本文致力于從積極和消極兩個(gè)方面研究吉爾吉斯斯坦加入世貿(mào)組織后的影響和經(jīng)驗(yàn),并為加入世貿(mào)組織的國(guó)家提供建議,加速他們經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的進(jìn)程。本文通過(guò)描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)和實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),分析...
