【摘要】：國際經(jīng)濟一體化的快速和可持續(xù)發(fā)展是現(xiàn)代世界經(jīng)濟的特征。目前,中國與東盟雙邊貿(mào)易合作不斷加強,在區(qū)域一體化的政治和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展情況下,在世界舞臺上,中國與東盟成員國間關(guān)系影響越來越大。中國-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的建立就是東亞區(qū)域一體化的起頭,對整個全球經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展富有現(xiàn)實意義,所以研究中國和東盟貿(mào)易合作。本文在國內(nèi)外研究綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了中國與東盟貿(mào)易合作的相關(guān)概念和相關(guān)理論,包括區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化、自由貿(mào)易區(qū)、比較優(yōu)勢貿(mào)易理論和產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)貿(mào)易理論。本文研究中國-東盟貿(mào)易合作歷史進程和現(xiàn)狀,包括東盟發(fā)展歷程,中國與東盟合作歷程,中國-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)發(fā)展,雙邊貿(mào)易額,雙邊貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)及中國與東盟貿(mào)易合作的意義。根據(jù)中國-東盟貿(mào)易合作的現(xiàn)狀,深入分析了中國與東盟貿(mào)易合作中存在的主要問題。雙邊政治問題包括南海問題和國際政治地位;雙邊經(jīng)濟問題包括國際經(jīng)濟形勢,中國經(jīng)濟形勢及一帶一路戰(zhàn)略及東盟各國經(jīng)濟形勢;貿(mào)易合作中內(nèi)部問題包括產(chǎn)品之間相互競爭,制約中國-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)發(fā)展的稅收障礙等;其他問題包括基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)和文化差異�；谝δＰ�,運用2000年-2015年的橫截面數(shù)據(jù),采用隨機效應(yīng)的實證方法,進一步分析了中國與東盟貿(mào)易合作中的各國GDP、海運距離、稅收障礙,政治爭端對中國-東盟貿(mào)易總額的影響及效應(yīng)。為解決兩方間存在的問題,提出了促進中國與東盟經(jīng)濟合作的政策,包括中國和東盟成員國需要繼續(xù)發(fā)展自由貿(mào)易區(qū);放寬投資準入標準;通過談判和協(xié)商解決南海地區(qū)領(lǐng)土爭端問題;繼續(xù)加強雙邊在經(jīng)濟、政治,文化等方面的合作。
[Abstract]:The rapid and sustainable development of international economic integration is the characteristic of modern world economy. At present, bilateral trade cooperation between China and ASEAN has been continuously strengthened. Under the political and economic development of regional integration, the relationship between China and ASEAN member countries is becoming more and more important on the world stage. The establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade area is the beginning of regional integration in East Asia, which is of practical significance to the development of the whole global economy, so the study of trade cooperation between China and ASEAN. On the basis of research review at home and abroad, this paper expounds the related concepts and theories of trade cooperation between China and ASEAN, including regional economic integration, free trade area, comparative advantage trade theory and intra-industry trade theory. This paper studies the historical process and present situation of China-ASEAN trade cooperation, including the development process of ASEAN, the course of cooperation between China and ASEAN, the development of China-ASEAN Free Trade area, and the bilateral trade volume. Bilateral trade structure and the significance of trade cooperation between China and ASEAN. According to the present situation of China-ASEAN trade cooperation, this paper deeply analyzes the main problems existing in the trade cooperation between China and ASEAN. Bilateral political issues include the South China Sea issue and international political status, bilateral economic issues include the international economic situation, China's economic situation and Belt and Road Initiative's strategy and the economic situation of ASEAN countries. The internal problems in trade cooperation include the competition among products and the tax obstacles that restrict the development of China-ASEAN Free Trade area, and other problems include infrastructure construction and cultural differences. Based on the gravity model, using the cross-section data from 2000 to 2015 and the empirical method of random effect, this paper further analyzes the GDP, shipping distance and tax barriers in the trade cooperation between China and ASEAN. The influence and effect of political disputes on the total trade volume between China and ASEAN. In order to solve the problems existing between the two sides, this paper puts forward some policies to promote economic cooperation between China and ASEAN, including the need for China and ASEAN member countries to continue to develop free trade zones, relax investment access standards, and relax investment access standards. Resolve territorial disputes in the South China Sea through negotiation and consultation; continue to strengthen bilateral economic, political, cultural and other cooperation.
