【摘要】：醫(yī)藥保健和廣大人民群眾的日常生活存在十分緊密的聯(lián)系,醫(yī)藥保健產(chǎn)品的銷售鏈和供給體系很大程度上影響民眾的健康狀況。我國(guó)政府部門也對(duì)此充分地關(guān)注,從法律和行政等方面展開(kāi)全方位地管理,并推出了《零售藥店經(jīng)營(yíng)服務(wù)規(guī)范》、《十二五全國(guó)藥品流通行業(yè)規(guī)劃綱要》等一大批規(guī)范和文件。這些措施都對(duì)我國(guó)醫(yī)藥經(jīng)營(yíng)體系的健康發(fā)展奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。針對(duì)同和堂而言,一定要審視各類外部影響因素,并發(fā)掘自身所具有的各項(xiàng)優(yōu)勢(shì)資源,通過(guò)這些自身資源制定科學(xué)合理的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本研究將同和堂醫(yī)藥作為分析的對(duì)象,根據(jù)該公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)情況,對(duì)企業(yè)所處的客觀環(huán)境展開(kāi)探究,并對(duì)企業(yè)現(xiàn)階段的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了論述。結(jié)合企業(yè)的各類外部環(huán)境因素,設(shè)計(jì)了針對(duì)性的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。在本研究中,行業(yè)分析關(guān)系到多個(gè)層面的要素,其中比較具有代表性的包括經(jīng)濟(jì)、政策、消費(fèi)者等等。對(duì)于內(nèi)部環(huán)境而言,其關(guān)系到企業(yè)架構(gòu)、業(yè)務(wù)流程、品牌知名度等方面的要素。在制定企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的時(shí)候,本研究應(yīng)用了SWOT研究方法,對(duì)企業(yè)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)、發(fā)展的機(jī)遇等要素展開(kāi)深入地研究,并對(duì)這些要素展開(kāi)權(quán)重計(jì)算,從而明晰了企業(yè)所具有的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)。本研究對(duì)該企業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程、經(jīng)營(yíng)體系等展開(kāi)全面地診斷,從而設(shè)計(jì)了科學(xué)的差異化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,這對(duì)該企業(yè)的長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定發(fā)展具有十分突出的價(jià)值意義。
[Abstract]:There is a close relationship between medical and health care and the daily life of the masses. The marketing chain and supply system of medical and health products affect the health of the people to a great extent. The government departments of our country also pay full attention to this, carry out omni-directional management from the aspects of law and administration, and have put forward a large number of norms and documents, such as "Standard for the Management and Service of Retail Pharmacy shops" and "outline of the National Drug Circulation Industry Plan during the Twelfth five-year Plan". These measures have laid a good foundation for the healthy development of China's medical management system. As far as Tonghe Tang is concerned, it is necessary to examine all kinds of external influence factors, and to explore the advantages of their own resources, and to draw up scientific and reasonable development strategies through these resources. This research regards Tonghetang medicine as the object of analysis, according to the management situation of the company, probes into the objective environment of the enterprise, and discusses the development situation of the enterprise at the present stage. Combined with all kinds of external environmental factors of the enterprise, the paper designs the targeted development strategy. In this study, industry analysis is related to many levels of elements, including the more representative of the economy, policy, consumers and so on. For the internal environment, it is related to the enterprise structure, business processes, brand awareness and other elements. When formulating the enterprise development strategy, this research applies the SWOT research method, carries on the in-depth research to the enterprise advantage, the development opportunity and so on, and carries on the weight calculation to these elements, thus clarifies the enterprise has the development advantage. This study makes a comprehensive diagnosis of the development process and management system of the enterprise, and designs a scientific competitive strategy of differentiation, which is of great value to the long-term and stable development of the enterprise.
