【摘要】：電網(wǎng)企業(yè)物資合同履約事關(guān)電網(wǎng)工程建設(shè)和電力輸送安全,意義非同尋常。而在實(shí)際的電網(wǎng)合同履約過程中各類問題和事件依然不容樂觀。本文通過對(duì)電網(wǎng)物資合同履約過程中出現(xiàn)的各類問題及成因進(jìn)行歸納分析,探討電網(wǎng)物資合同履約管理改進(jìn)的方法,并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The material contract performance of power grid enterprises is related to the construction of power grid engineering and the safety of power transmission, which is of extraordinary significance. However, in the actual power grid contract performance process, all kinds of problems and events are still not optimistic. Based on the analysis of various problems and causes in the performance of power grid material contract, this paper discusses the methods of improving the performance management of power grid material contract, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
