考慮兩階段信用支付的折損產(chǎn)品訂貨決策研究

【摘要】:隨著市場競爭的日趨激烈,信用支付策略越來越受到企業(yè)的廣泛應(yīng)用。而產(chǎn)品的折損是庫存管理中一種普遍現(xiàn)象,它會影響零售商的現(xiàn)有庫存水平,從而影響消費者的購買心理和零售商的供貨能力。因此,如何合理利用信用支付的優(yōu)勢,刺激消費者需求,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)資源優(yōu)化配置;同時,盡可能地減少產(chǎn)品折損帶來的損失,已成為企業(yè)運營管理中的一個相當(dāng)重要的環(huán)節(jié)。本文在國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,基于折損產(chǎn)品的庫存模型,結(jié)合兩階段信用支付策略,以平均總成本最小化為目標(biāo),圍繞兩倉庫庫存和允許缺貨這兩種情況,運用理論分析、數(shù)學(xué)建模與算例分析相結(jié)合的方法,主要研究了以下兩個方面:(1)考慮兩階段信用支付和兩倉庫的折損產(chǎn)品訂貨決策研究。綜合考慮兩階段信用支付策略和兩倉庫庫存的情況,在供應(yīng)商提供給零售商的信用支付政策與其訂購量有關(guān)的假設(shè)下,更加實際地考慮了產(chǎn)品折損部分也會給零售商帶來利息支付,建立了折損產(chǎn)品的EOQ模型,證明了解的唯一存在性,給出了求解過程和具體數(shù)值進行了驗證,并利用MATLAB工具對主要參數(shù)進行了靈敏度分析。(2)考慮兩階段信用支付和允許缺貨的折損產(chǎn)品訂貨決策研究。在兩階段信用支付情況下,考慮了允許缺貨和部分積壓的情況,以及在訂貨周期開始的那刻用來滿足上一周期積壓的愿意等待的消費者的未清貨物所產(chǎn)生的投資利潤或需支付的利息,建立了折損產(chǎn)品的EOQ模型,證明了解的唯一存在性,給出了具體算例進行了驗證,并利用MATLAB工具對主要參數(shù)進行了靈敏度分析。本文在兩階段信用支付下的折損產(chǎn)品庫存模型中加入了一些更加貼近現(xiàn)實情況的假設(shè)進行研究,不僅豐富了該模型,而且為零售商進行訂貨決策提供了更充分的理論參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the market, credit payment strategy is more and more widely used by enterprises. The loss of products is a common phenomenon in inventory management, which will affect the existing inventory level of retailers, thus affecting consumers' purchasing psychology and retailers' supply ability. Therefore, how to make rational use of the advantages of credit payment, stimulate consumer demand, realize the optimal allocation of enterprise resources, at the same time, as far as possible to reduce the loss caused by product loss, has become a very important part of enterprise operation management. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research status, based on the inventory model of discounted products, combined with the two-stage credit payment strategy, aiming at minimizing the average total cost, this paper revolves around the two situations of warehouse inventory and allowed shortage. By using the methods of theoretical analysis, mathematical modeling and example analysis, the following two aspects are studied: (1) study on the decision making of discounted products with two stages of credit payment and two warehouses. Taking into account the two-stage credit payment strategy and the inventory situation of the two warehouses, under the assumption that the credit payment policy provided by the supplier to the retailer is related to its order quantity, The EOQ model of the discount product is established, and the unique existence of the solution is proved. The solution process and the concrete value are verified. The sensitivity analysis of the main parameters is carried out by using the MATLAB tool. (2) Research on the order decision of the discounted products considering the two-stage credit payment and the allowable shortage. In the case of two-stage credit payments, allowing for shortages and partial backlogs is considered, And at the beginning of the order cycle to meet the investment profit or interest payable on the backlog of outstanding goods of consumers willing to wait in the previous cycle, a EOQ model of the depreciated product is established to prove the unique existence of the understanding. An example is given and the sensitivity of the main parameters is analyzed by using MATLAB tool. In this paper, we add some hypotheses closer to the reality in the inventory model of discounted products under two-stage credit payment, which not only enriches the model, but also provides a more sufficient theoretical reference for retailers to make order decisions.
