【摘要】：雖然越南在工業(yè)化進(jìn)程中取得了長足進(jìn)步,但本質(zhì)上其還是一個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)大國。大米不但是越南主要糧食作物,也是用于出口創(chuàng)匯的主要經(jīng)濟(jì)農(nóng)作物之一,為越南贏得了巨大外匯收益。雖然越南大米種植歷史悠久,但種植機(jī)械化程度低、質(zhì)量不高,越南加入WTO后,機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存。對(duì)越南大米出口國際競爭力進(jìn)行分析,找出競爭優(yōu)勢,對(duì)提升其國際競爭力,及對(duì)越南農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展都具有要意義。首先,對(duì)越南大米生產(chǎn)面積、生產(chǎn)力及生產(chǎn)地區(qū)等大米生產(chǎn)狀況進(jìn)行了調(diào)研。其次,從越南大米出口歷程、大米出口量、出口金額、出口價(jià)格、出口種類以及出口市場等方面論述了越南大米外貿(mào)發(fā)展與現(xiàn)狀。最后,從國際市場占有率、貿(mào)易競爭指數(shù)、顯示性比較優(yōu)勢三方面對(duì)越南大米出口的國際競爭力進(jìn)行定量分析,并運(yùn)用波特國際競爭優(yōu)勢理論分析越南大米國際競爭力的影響因素。研究表明:越南在大米出口國際競爭力上有著比較強(qiáng)的競爭力,但在大米出口質(zhì)量和出口價(jià)格方面的競爭力還比較弱。鑒于此,本文提出了一系建議和措施,為提升越南大米產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Although Vietnam has made great progress in industrialization, it is in essence a big agricultural country. Rice is not only the main food crop in Vietnam, but also one of the main economic crops used for export to earn foreign exchange. Although Vietnam has a long history of rice planting, the degree of mechanization is low and the quality is not high. After Vietnam joins WTO, opportunities and challenges coexist. This paper analyzes the international competitiveness of Vietnam's rice export and finds out its competitive advantage, which is of great significance to the improvement of its international competitiveness and to the development of Vietnam's agriculture. Firstly, the rice production area, productivity and production area of Vietnam were investigated. Secondly, the development and present situation of Vietnam's rice foreign trade are discussed from the aspects of Vietnam's rice export process, rice export volume, export amount, export price, export type and export market. Finally, the international competitiveness of Vietnam's rice exports is quantitatively analyzed from three aspects: international market share, trade competition index and indicative comparative advantage. And use Porter's international competitive advantage theory to analyze the influencing factors of Vietnamese rice's international competitiveness. The results show that Vietnam has a strong competitiveness in the international competitiveness of rice export, but the competitiveness of rice export quality and export price is still relatively weak. In view of this, this paper puts forward a series of suggestions and measures to improve the international competitiveness of Vietnam's rice industry.
