【摘要】：廣西壯族自治區(qū)政府將欽州進(jìn)口汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)作為自治區(qū)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目推進(jìn),區(qū)政府高度關(guān)注欽州進(jìn)口汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,將欽州定位于服務(wù)西南地區(qū)、面向東盟的汽車(chē)及零部件機(jī)械設(shè)備進(jìn)出口最便捷通道和集散地,給予了很多政策上的傾斜和資金上的支持。近幾年,通過(guò)政府大力推進(jìn),欽州進(jìn)口汽車(chē)項(xiàng)目得到快速發(fā)展,但與之同時(shí),國(guó)內(nèi)汽車(chē)口岸爆發(fā)式增加,各地政府也高度重視進(jìn)口汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,各地政府均將該產(chǎn)業(yè)定位于較高級(jí)別的層次,并給予大力的支持,欽州進(jìn)口汽車(chē)的產(chǎn)業(yè)定位與國(guó)內(nèi)多地進(jìn)口汽車(chē)的定位重疊,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的形勢(shì)和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈加激烈。因此,欽州進(jìn)口汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)如何在激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,并找到有效提升進(jìn)口汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的措施,已成為亟待深入研究并盡快補(bǔ)足短板的重要課題。本文根據(jù)波特的國(guó)家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)理論,綜合運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)和統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)等理論知識(shí),采用了定性研究、定量研究、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、實(shí)證分析等方法,對(duì)欽州進(jìn)口汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力極其影響因素進(jìn)行研究,分析欽州與4個(gè)直接競(jìng)爭(zhēng)地競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的優(yōu)劣勢(shì),找出差距和完善途徑,幫助欽州能更有正對(duì)性地發(fā)揮長(zhǎng)處,補(bǔ)足短板,提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。本研究表明,欽州進(jìn)口汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國(guó)西部地區(qū)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中處于中上水平,但欽州進(jìn)口汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平較我國(guó)幾個(gè)傳統(tǒng)整車(chē)口岸還有巨大的差距,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力六要素中均存在不同程度的短板內(nèi)容,阻礙了欽州進(jìn)口汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的進(jìn)一步提升。因此,港口、企業(yè)、政府等市場(chǎng)主體要客觀理清欽州的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)所在,從加強(qiáng)生產(chǎn)、銷(xiāo)售、政策、創(chuàng)新等方面要素入手,有針對(duì)性地改進(jìn)提高,來(lái)提升欽州進(jìn)口汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region government has made Qinzhou's import automobile industry a key project in the autonomous region. The regional government has paid great attention to the development of Qinzhou's imported automobile industry, positioning Qinzhou to serve the southwest region. The most convenient access and distribution center for the import and export of automotive and spare parts machinery and equipment for ASEAN has given a lot of policy inclination and financial support. In recent years, through vigorous efforts by the government, the Qinzhou imported automobile project has developed rapidly, but at the same time, the number of domestic automobile ports has increased dramatically, and local governments have also attached great importance to the development of the imported automobile industry. The local governments have positioned the industry at a higher level and given great support. The industrial positioning of imported cars in Qinzhou overlaps with that of imported cars in China, and the situation of industrial development and market competition is becoming more and more fierce. Therefore, how to develop the imported automobile industry in the fierce competition steadily and find the effective measures to improve the competitiveness of the import automobile industry has become an important subject that needs to be studied in depth and made up as soon as possible. According to Porter's theory of national competitive advantage, this paper uses the theories of economics, management and statistics, and adopts the methods of qualitative research, quantitative research, questionnaire investigation, empirical analysis, etc. This paper studies the competitive power of Qinzhou import automobile industry and its influencing factors, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Qinzhou's competitiveness with the four direct competitive areas, finds out the gap and the perfect ways, and helps Qinzhou to give full play to its strong points and complement its weaknesses more positively. Enhance competitive advantage. This study shows that Qinzhou import automobile industry is at the middle and upper level in the competition in western China, but Qinzhou import automobile industry has a huge gap compared with several traditional automobile ports in China. In the six elements of competitiveness, there are short board contents to some extent, which hinders the further improvement of Qinzhou import automobile industry competitiveness. Therefore, market entities such as ports, enterprises, and governments should objectively clear out the strengths and weaknesses of Qinzhou, start with strengthening production, sales, policy and innovation, and improve it in a targeted manner.
