文章摘要：隨著國家“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的確定與全面推進(jìn)，從政策、交通、金融等三方面推動(dòng)我國對(duì)外貿(mào)易進(jìn)入了一個(gè)新的階段，我國企業(yè)開始更加頻繁而深入地參與國際貿(mào)易競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作，，對(duì)外貿(mào)易對(duì)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的影響也日益增強(qiáng)。然而，在此過程中，我國對(duì)外貿(mào)易企業(yè)面臨頻繁的貿(mào)易摩擦，嚴(yán)重影響了我國對(duì)外貿(mào)易的發(fā)展�！耙粠б宦贰睉�(zhàn)略下，為更好地防范對(duì)外貿(mào)易摩擦，推動(dòng)我國企業(yè)走向國際化，對(duì)外貿(mào)易企業(yè)必須加強(qiáng)國外技術(shù)資源整合，提升產(chǎn)品科技競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力；必須加大對(duì)外直接投資，享受生產(chǎn)國國民待遇；必須充分利用外資，促進(jìn)技術(shù)進(jìn)步。

Abstr：With the determining and promoting of ＆quot;One Belt One Road＆quot; strategy,China＆#39;s foreign trade entered to a new stage in terms of policy,transportation and finance. China＆#39;s enterprises participate in international competition and cooperation more frequently and deeply. China＆#39;s foreign trade grows to influence on China＆#39;s economic and social development. However, Chinese foreign trade enterprises are facing with the frequent trade frictions in this process. The frictions influence seriously the development of Chinese foreign trade. Under the background of“One Belt One Road”strategy,to better prevent frictions in foreign trade and promote the internationalization of Chinese enterprises,the foreign trade enterprises should strengthen the integration of technological resources,improve the technological competitiveness of their products,increase FDI,enjoy the national treatment of manufacturing country,give full play to foreign capital and promote technological progress.
