[Abstract]:Corporate culture is an important way for enterprises to strengthen team cohesion, create a harmonious working atmosphere, and effectively motivate employees. Its importance has been generally recognized, and many enterprises have invested a lot of human and financial resources to it. However, many enterprises have found that although they have carried out the construction of corporate culture, they have not achieved the expected results. This is mainly because many enterprises have misconceptions in their concepts, and most of them have stayed on the surface for the construction of corporate culture, lacking in scientific and normative design. Strong implementation and innovation with the times. Therefore, the optimization of corporate culture has become another important measure after the construction of corporate culture. Taking NNBH Company as the research object, this paper first analyzes the problems and causes of corporate culture construction in NNBH Company, and then puts forward the optimization measures of corporate culture combined with the background of the strategic transformation of the company. This paper first introduces the research theory of corporate culture and corporate culture optimization at home and abroad. Based on the attitude of seeking truth from facts and adopting the research method of empirical analysis, this paper combs out the historical evolution and present situation of the enterprise culture construction of NNBH Company, from the perspective of spiritual culture and institutional culture. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the corporate culture of NNBH Company from four aspects: behavioral culture and material culture, and analyzes the causes of the problems. Then this paper combines the current situation and problems of corporate culture of NNBH Company with the background of strategic transformation of the company, and optimizes the content of corporate culture of NNBH Company. Aiming at the low quality level of employees in NNBH Company, this paper puts forward the importance of improving the quality of employees to the optimization of corporate culture and the promotion scheme, in order to promote the employees to cooperate with the work of optimization of corporate culture better. Finally, the paper puts forward the safeguard measures from three aspects of organization, system and financial resources, so as to ensure the successful implementation of the corporate culture optimization scheme of NNBH Company.
