NNBH公司企業(yè)文化優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)文化是企業(yè)增強團隊凝聚力、營造和諧工作氛圍、有效激勵員工的重要方式,其重要性已被普遍認可,很多企業(yè)對其投了大量人力和財力。但很多企業(yè)發(fā)現(xiàn)雖然進行了企業(yè)文化建設(shè)卻沒得到預期的效果,這主要是因為很多企業(yè)都存在觀念上的誤區(qū),對企業(yè)文化建設(shè)多是停留在表面,缺乏科學規(guī)范的設(shè)計、強有力的執(zhí)行以及與時俱進的創(chuàng)新。因此,進行企業(yè)文化優(yōu)化成為很多企業(yè)在進行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)后的另一重要舉措。文章以NNBH公司為研究對象,先對NNBH公司在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)方面存在的問題及其原因進行分析,然后結(jié)合公司戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的背景提出企業(yè)文化優(yōu)化措施。本文首先介紹了目前國內(nèi)外在企業(yè)文化以及企業(yè)文化優(yōu)化方面的研究理論。文章本著實事求是的態(tài)度,采用實證分析的研究方法,梳理出NNBH公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的歷史沿革及現(xiàn)狀,從精神文化、制度文化、行為文化以及物質(zhì)文化四個方面分析NNBH公司企業(yè)文化存在的問題,并對產(chǎn)生問題的原因進行了深入分析。然后文章結(jié)合NNBH公司企業(yè)文化現(xiàn)狀及問題與公司戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的背景相結(jié)合,對NNBH公司企業(yè)文化的內(nèi)容進行了優(yōu)化,并針對NNBH公司員工目前素質(zhì)水平較低的現(xiàn)狀提出員工素質(zhì)提升對企業(yè)文化優(yōu)化的重要性和提升方案,以推動員工更好地配合企業(yè)文化優(yōu)化工作的開展。最后文章從組織、制度及財力三個方面提出保障措施,以保證NNBH公司的企業(yè)文化優(yōu)化方案能夠順利實施。
[Abstract]:Corporate culture is an important way for enterprises to strengthen team cohesion, create a harmonious working atmosphere, and effectively motivate employees. Its importance has been generally recognized, and many enterprises have invested a lot of human and financial resources to it. However, many enterprises have found that although they have carried out the construction of corporate culture, they have not achieved the expected results. This is mainly because many enterprises have misconceptions in their concepts, and most of them have stayed on the surface for the construction of corporate culture, lacking in scientific and normative design. Strong implementation and innovation with the times. Therefore, the optimization of corporate culture has become another important measure after the construction of corporate culture. Taking NNBH Company as the research object, this paper first analyzes the problems and causes of corporate culture construction in NNBH Company, and then puts forward the optimization measures of corporate culture combined with the background of the strategic transformation of the company. This paper first introduces the research theory of corporate culture and corporate culture optimization at home and abroad. Based on the attitude of seeking truth from facts and adopting the research method of empirical analysis, this paper combs out the historical evolution and present situation of the enterprise culture construction of NNBH Company, from the perspective of spiritual culture and institutional culture. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the corporate culture of NNBH Company from four aspects: behavioral culture and material culture, and analyzes the causes of the problems. Then this paper combines the current situation and problems of corporate culture of NNBH Company with the background of strategic transformation of the company, and optimizes the content of corporate culture of NNBH Company. Aiming at the low quality level of employees in NNBH Company, this paper puts forward the importance of improving the quality of employees to the optimization of corporate culture and the promotion scheme, in order to promote the employees to cooperate with the work of optimization of corporate culture better. Finally, the paper puts forward the safeguard measures from three aspects of organization, system and financial resources, so as to ensure the successful implementation of the corporate culture optimization scheme of NNBH Company.
