【摘要】：隨著中國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的蓬勃發(fā)展,我國體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的綜合實(shí)力顯著增強(qiáng),但由于體育產(chǎn)業(yè)對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)偏低,導(dǎo)致政府要求加快發(fā)展體育產(chǎn)業(yè)、鼓勵社會資本的積極參與,擴(kuò)大體育產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的供給,推動我國經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型和升級,縮小與發(fā)達(dá)國家體育產(chǎn)業(yè)比重的差距。與此同時,射擊運(yùn)動作為一種新興的體育產(chǎn)業(yè)形式,如雨后春筍般在國內(nèi)運(yùn)動界迅速興起。這種產(chǎn)業(yè)形式不僅可以促進(jìn)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的協(xié)同發(fā)展,創(chuàng)造大量的財富和稅收,成為省內(nèi)消費(fèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)新的增長點(diǎn),還能夠掀起全民健身娛樂的熱潮,提高全民運(yùn)動水平和身體素質(zhì),所實(shí)現(xiàn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會價值不可小覷。LNBR射擊有限公司擁有國內(nèi)首家專業(yè)化、國際化的射擊場地,意在為廣大射擊愛好者提供身臨其境的射擊場景,體驗(yàn)真槍實(shí)彈的樂趣和近身肉搏的快感,提高生活的檔次與品位。但由于行業(yè)較年輕,國內(nèi)對于射擊行業(yè)的理論和實(shí)踐研究較少,所以企業(yè)在實(shí)際發(fā)展中遇到的問題也難以從以往的經(jīng)驗(yàn)中得到借鑒。隨著競爭對手的增加和廣大消費(fèi)者對于射擊運(yùn)動的要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)越來越高,如何把握住巨大的市場機(jī)遇、保持行業(yè)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先地位,探索出適合企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃方案、為該行業(yè)發(fā)展提供借鑒對我公司有著重要而深遠(yuǎn)影響,也是文章研究的目的。本文針對目前射擊行業(yè)的市場需求,對公司發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行詳細(xì)而深入的剖析,通過對國內(nèi)外射擊市場發(fā)展方向的研究調(diào)查和對相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的檢索與梳理、運(yùn)用企業(yè)發(fā)展理論、競爭戰(zhàn)略理論和戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟理論等原理方法,結(jié)合我國國情和行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的發(fā)展趨勢分析射擊行業(yè)的開拓前景和市場空間,總結(jié)出最適合LNBR射擊有限公司的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方案。
