【摘要】：隨著當(dāng)代科技的不斷發(fā)展,“智慧生活”的提出為人們生活形態(tài)創(chuàng)新打開(kāi)了巨大的想象空間,也對(duì)商品零售的銷(xiāo)售模式提出了新的要求。2016年起,習(xí)近平總書(shū)記多次指出:“在適度擴(kuò)大總需求的同時(shí),著力加強(qiáng)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,著力提高供給體系質(zhì)量和效率”。黨的十八屆五中全會(huì)又提出了以創(chuàng)新發(fā)展為“第一動(dòng)力”,并結(jié)合協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開(kāi)放、發(fā)展而歸宿于共享發(fā)展的系統(tǒng)化的現(xiàn)代發(fā)展理念,決策層十分清晰地表述了“著力推進(jìn)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革”的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn),引起廣泛關(guān)注和熱議。因人力、土地等多要素的價(jià)格攀升,自動(dòng)售賣(mài)機(jī)憑借其占地面積小、管理便利、運(yùn)營(yíng)成本低、受時(shí)空限制小等各方面優(yōu)勢(shì),在國(guó)內(nèi)外的普及度不斷提升。但是隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng),尤其是移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,自動(dòng)售賣(mài)機(jī)也面臨著新興O2O商業(yè)模式的沖擊,需要不斷升級(jí)換代,因此作為自動(dòng)售賣(mài)機(jī)升級(jí)版的機(jī)器人商店應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。同時(shí)機(jī)器人商店也正好成為了“智慧生活”供給側(cè)改革的最新實(shí)踐。本文設(shè)計(jì)的一套理想機(jī)器人商店供給模式,將重點(diǎn)解決現(xiàn)有自動(dòng)售賣(mài)機(jī)的缺陷,如產(chǎn)品品類(lèi)不豐富、支付不便、應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景不匹配等。首先綜合分析國(guó)內(nèi)外自動(dòng)售賣(mài)機(jī)的研究文獻(xiàn),了解自動(dòng)售賣(mài)機(jī)的歷史和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;其次,調(diào)研國(guó)內(nèi)外自動(dòng)售賣(mài)機(jī)的供給模式,從機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)、場(chǎng)景選擇、供給品類(lèi)等分析國(guó)內(nèi)外自動(dòng)售賣(mài)機(jī)供給機(jī)制的優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足,并通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,了解國(guó)內(nèi)自動(dòng)售賣(mài)機(jī)用戶(hù)的對(duì)于現(xiàn)有自動(dòng)售賣(mài)機(jī)的評(píng)價(jià)和需求,從機(jī)器人商店設(shè)計(jì)原理和智能化供給模式兩個(gè)維度建立理想的機(jī)器人商店的供給模式,展現(xiàn)微觀層面的供給側(cè)改革實(shí)踐;接著,再次通過(guò)田野調(diào)查,調(diào)研本款機(jī)器人商店在杭州的使用場(chǎng)景;最后總結(jié)探討機(jī)器人商店在智慧生活供給側(cè)改革中的意義。本文設(shè)計(jì)的機(jī)器人商店供給模式,以“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”實(shí)踐走在中國(guó)前列的杭州為試點(diǎn),將著重解決杭州機(jī)器人商店在現(xiàn)實(shí)場(chǎng)景的落地問(wèn)題,其中包括機(jī)器人商店的細(xì)節(jié)改造和場(chǎng)景選擇問(wèn)題。這不僅能夠深入、細(xì)化、升級(jí)杭州市的智慧商店,進(jìn)一步體現(xiàn)杭州作為“品質(zhì)之城”的智慧化程度,向世界展示杭州“智慧生活”的獨(dú)特魅力,還能創(chuàng)新供給側(cè)供給模式,根據(jù)不同場(chǎng)域、不同消費(fèi)場(chǎng)景、不同消費(fèi)人群、不同消費(fèi)需求,最大限度地滿(mǎn)足消費(fèi)者的不各種需求。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of modern science and technology, the introduction of "Smart Life" has opened up a huge space of imagination for the innovation of people's life form, and has also put forward new requirements for the retail sales mode of commodities. General Secretary of Xi Jinping has pointed out many times: "while expanding the aggregate demand moderately, we should strengthen the structural reform on the supply side and improve the quality and efficiency of the supply system." The Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee also put forward a systematic and modern development concept of taking innovation and development as the "first driving force" and combining coordination, green, openness, and development with shared development. The decision-makers have clearly expressed the guidance of "pushing forward supply-side structural reform", which has aroused widespread concern and heated discussion. Because of the rising price of manpower, land and other factors, automatic vending machine has the advantages of small area, convenient management, low operating cost, small limitation of time and space, and so on, and the popularity of vending machine at home and abroad is increasing. However, with the development of the Internet, especially the mobile Internet technology, vending machines are also facing the impact of the new O2O business model, which needs to be continuously upgraded, so the robot store as an upgraded version of the vending machine came into being. At the same time, the robot store has become the latest practice of the supply-side reform of Intelligent Life. An ideal robot store supply model designed in this paper will focus on solving the defects of the existing vending machines such as the product category is not rich, the payment is inconvenient, the application scene is not matched and so on. First of all, comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign vending machine research literature, to understand the history and development of vending machines; secondly, to investigate the supply model of domestic and foreign vending machines, from the mechanical structure, scene selection, By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the supply mechanism of domestic and foreign vending machines, and by means of a questionnaire survey, we can understand the evaluation and demand of domestic vending machine users for the existing vending machines. From the two dimensions of robot store design principle and intelligent supply mode, the ideal supply model of robot store is established to show the supply-side reform practice at the micro level. This paper investigates the use of this robot store in Hangzhou, and finally summarizes the significance of the robot store in the reform of the supply side of intelligent life. The robot store supply model designed in this paper, with the "Internet" practice in the forefront of China's Hangzhou as a pilot, will focus on solving the problem of Hangzhou robot store landing in the real scene. These include details of the robot store and scene selection. This can not only deepen, refine and upgrade the wisdom stores in Hangzhou, further reflect the degree of wisdom of Hangzhou as a "city of quality", and show the world the unique charm of Hangzhou's "intelligent life", but also innovate the supply-side supply model. According to different fields, different consumption scenarios, different consumer groups, different consumption needs, to meet the needs of consumers to the greatest extent.
