文章摘要：本文在測(cè)算中國(guó)新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)與周邊國(guó)家邊境貿(mào)易便利化水平的基礎(chǔ)上，利用貿(mào)易引力模型實(shí)證分析了邊境貿(mào)易便利化水平對(duì)中國(guó)新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)邊境貿(mào)易流量的影響，測(cè)算了中國(guó)新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)各邊貿(mào)伙伴的貿(mào)易潛力。研究結(jié)果表明：中國(guó)新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)邊境貿(mào)易便利化水平相對(duì)最高，吉爾吉斯斯坦和蒙古的邊境貿(mào)易便利化水平相對(duì)最低；邊貿(mào)伙伴國(guó)的人均GDP、人口數(shù)量、邊境貿(mào)易便利化水平及邊貿(mào)伙伴加入上合組織等因素對(duì)中國(guó)新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)邊境貿(mào)易流量有正向的推動(dòng)作用，中國(guó)新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)與邊貿(mào)國(guó)家的空間距離、邊貿(mào)伙伴國(guó)的GDP等因素對(duì)邊境貿(mào)易流量具有明顯的阻礙作用；中國(guó)新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)與俄羅斯、蒙古和塔吉克斯坦的邊境貿(mào)易屬于潛力巨大型，，與哈薩克斯坦、吉爾吉斯斯坦和巴基斯坦的邊境貿(mào)易屬于潛力再造型。

Abstr：On the basis of evaluating the frontier trade facilitation levels of Xinjiang, China and its trading partners along the frontier, this paper applies the trade Gravity Model to analyze the influence of frontier trade facilitation on frontier trade flow of Xinjiang as well as its trade potential with its frontier trading partners. The research results show that： the frontier trade facilitation level of Xinjiang is the highest among those of its trading partners, among which Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia are have the lowest levels; factors such as GDP per person, population, the level of frontier trade facilitation level and trading partners being SCO members are of great influence on the frontier trade flow in spite of geographic obstacles; the frontier trade Xinjiang has with countries like Russia, Mongolia and Tajikistan are already possessed of huge potentials, but Xinjiang＇ s trade potentials with Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Pakistan need to be created and expanded.
