【摘要】：邊境地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟建設直接關系到中國創(chuàng)造和諧社會和全面進入小康社會這個偉大目標的實現(xiàn)。邊境貿(mào)易又是邊境地區(qū)與接壤國家的一種所特有的貿(mào)易方式,邊境貿(mào)易的快速發(fā)展直接關系到邊境地區(qū)社會的穩(wěn)定以及中國與毗鄰國家的友好、和睦、雙贏。隨著區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化的發(fā)展,以及中國—東盟貿(mào)易區(qū)的建立,邊境地區(qū)的政府如何在新形勢下推出有利于邊境貿(mào)易發(fā)展的新舉措是至關重要的,而邊境貿(mào)易的政策調(diào)整直接關系到邊境貿(mào)易的健康發(fā)展,所以研究邊境貿(mào)易的理論政策的優(yōu)化具有重要的理論價值和現(xiàn)實意義。廣西壯族自治區(qū)地處于我國西南臨海又是與越南接壤省區(qū),其獨特的區(qū)位價值在我國西部大開發(fā)中占有重要的戰(zhàn)略地位,而本次調(diào)研的目的就是在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化為背景下,把邊境貿(mào)易政策的解讀結(jié)合中越兩國關系的發(fā)展,為廣西發(fā)展地方經(jīng)濟和政策制度的改進提供了一個可借鑒的模式。本文是以地緣政治視角下來研究廣西與越南的邊境貿(mào)易,以地緣政治中的區(qū)位價值理論和人際地緣理論以及國際地緣理論為理論依據(jù),結(jié)合邊境貿(mào)易中政策實施的狀況,來研究廣西邊境貿(mào)易發(fā)展的優(yōu)劣勢。又利用田野調(diào)查的方法實地調(diào)研了東興市和憑祥市這兩個邊境城市,通過對當?shù)卣叩膶ёx和當?shù)剡吤竦脑L談來進行深入的探析,利用理論和實踐相結(jié)合的方法,對廣西發(fā)展邊境貿(mào)易提出了自己的見解和對策。
[Abstract]:The economic construction in border areas is directly related to the realization of the great goal of creating a harmonious society and entering a well-off society in an all-round way. Border trade is a special trade mode between border areas and neighboring countries. The rapid development of border trade is directly related to the social stability of border areas and the friendship, harmony and win-win situation between China and neighboring countries. With the development of regional economic integration and the establishment of China-ASEAN Trade area, it is very important for the governments of border areas to launch new measures in favor of the development of border trade under the new situation. The policy adjustment of border trade is directly related to the healthy development of border trade, so it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the optimization of the theoretical policy of border trade. Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region is located in the southwest of China and bordering Vietnam. Its unique location value plays an important strategic role in the development of the western region of China. The purpose of this research is to take the regional economic integration as the background. Combining the interpretation of border trade policy with the development of Sino-Vietnamese relations, it provides a model for Guangxi to develop its local economy and policy system. This paper studies the border trade between Guangxi and Vietnam from the perspective of geopolitics, based on the geographical value theory, interpersonal geo-theory and international geo-theory, combined with the status of policy implementation in border trade. To study the advantages and disadvantages of Guangxi border trade development. Using the method of field investigation, we have investigated Dongxing city and Pingxiang city on the spot. Through the guidance of local government policy and the interview of local border people, we have made a deep analysis, and used the method of combining theory and practice. Put forward own opinion and countermeasure to Guangxi to develop border trade.
