【摘要】：在全球化日益加快的當(dāng)今世界,國際資本流動規(guī)模日益增長,外商直接投資與貿(mào)易的聯(lián)系日益緊密。改革開放以來,外商直接投資的流入及出口貿(mào)易的快速發(fā)展已成為山西省經(jīng)濟增長的兩大重要引擎,共同推動著其經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。由于我國東西跨度較大,所以地域環(huán)境的不同造成了經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平也大不相同,并且實行區(qū)域經(jīng)濟管理制度使得各地招商引資政策也不相同,以至于不同地區(qū)的出口貿(mào)易出現(xiàn)較大差異。那么出口貿(mào)易量的迅速膨脹與外資強勢進入之間有怎樣的關(guān)系,多大的關(guān)系值得我們探討。在擴大對外開放的關(guān)鍵時期,山西省將如何平衡好外資進入與出口貿(mào)易的關(guān)系,將整體經(jīng)濟效率提升到最高點,這是本文研究的重點。本文以國際投資與貿(mào)易理論為基礎(chǔ),通過對山西省1994—2014年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,總結(jié)了山西省近年來利用外商直接投資的歷史發(fā)展進程和特點,分析了山西省利用出口貿(mào)易的總額和出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀,同時就外商投資企業(yè)對出口貿(mào)易貢獻度這一問題進行分析。利用Eviews計量經(jīng)濟軟件,通過平穩(wěn)性檢驗、協(xié)整檢驗和格蘭杰因果關(guān)系檢驗驗證山西省外商直接投資與出口貿(mào)易總量之間存在長期穩(wěn)定的均衡關(guān)系,并建立誤差修正模型對短期波動進行研究。同時也研究了外商直接投資與初級產(chǎn)品、工業(yè)制成品的出口額之間的均衡關(guān)系。結(jié)論表明,外商直接投資和出口貿(mào)易的互補效應(yīng)明顯,且外資引入對工業(yè)制成品出口具有十分積極作用。最后在充分肯定外資對出口貿(mào)易的促進作用的同時,總結(jié)前文所發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,并分析產(chǎn)生問題的原因,提出提高外資利用率、優(yōu)化貿(mào)易出口的建議。
[Abstract]:In the world of accelerating globalization, the scale of international capital flow is increasing day by day, and the relationship between foreign direct investment and trade is increasingly close. Since the reform and opening up, the inflow of foreign direct investment and the rapid development of export trade have become two important engines of economic growth in Shanxi Province, which jointly promote the economic development of Shanxi Province. Because of the wide span between east and west in our country, the different regional environment makes the level of economic development very different, and the implementation of regional economic management system makes the policies of attracting investment from different places different. So that the export trade of different regions appear big difference. So what is the relationship between the rapid expansion of export trade and the strong entry of foreign capital, and how much is worth discussing. In the key period of opening wider to the outside world, how to balance the relationship between foreign capital entry and export trade, and how to promote the overall economic efficiency to the highest point is the focus of this paper. Based on the theory of international investment and trade, this paper analyzes the relevant data of Shanxi Province from 1994 to 2014, and summarizes the historical development process and characteristics of foreign direct investment in Shanxi Province in recent years. This paper analyzes the total amount of export trade and the present situation of export commodity structure in Shanxi Province, and analyzes the contribution of foreign-invested enterprises to export trade. By using Eviews econometrics software, the stable equilibrium relationship between foreign direct investment (FDI) and total export trade in Shanxi Province is verified by the stationary test, cointegration test and Granger causality test. An error correction model is established to study the short-term fluctuation. At the same time, the equilibrium relationship between foreign direct investment (FDI) and the export value of primary products and manufactured goods is also studied. The conclusion shows that the complementary effect of FDI and export trade is obvious, and the introduction of FDI plays a very positive role in the export of manufactured goods. Finally, while fully affirming the role of foreign investment in promoting export trade, the paper summarizes the problems found in the previous paper, analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the utilization rate of foreign capital and optimizing the export of trade.
