【摘要】：隨著TPP協(xié)議的正式簽署,美國的"重返亞太"戰(zhàn)略以及"美國路徑"亞太自由區(qū)(FTAAP)建設(shè)都取得了實質(zhì)性進(jìn)展。然而,這一將中國排除在外的自由貿(mào)易協(xié)議將給中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來一定程度上的負(fù)面影響。面對不利的外部環(huán)境,中國應(yīng)該采取多管齊下的策略,主動進(jìn)行國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制和機(jī)制改革,同時全面參與雙邊及區(qū)域自由貿(mào)易區(qū)建設(shè),以更加開放的姿態(tài)去迎接TPP協(xié)議帶來的風(fēng)險和挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:With the signing of the TPP agreement, substantial progress has been made in the U.S. strategy of "returning to the Asia-Pacific region" and the construction of the "U.S. path" Free Zone in the Asia-Pacific region (FTAAP). However, the free trade agreement, which excludes China, will have some negative impact on China's economic development. In the face of the unfavorable external environment, China should adopt a multi-pronged strategy, take the initiative to reform its domestic economic system and mechanism, and participate fully in the construction of bilateral and regional free trade zones. Be more open to the risks and challenges of the TPP deal.
