【摘要】：自2002年11月4日與東盟簽署《中國-東盟全面經濟合作框架協(xié)議》以來,標志著我國自由貿易區(qū)的發(fā)展進入一個新的階段。截止2014年7月我國已陸續(xù)與12個國家或地區(qū)簽訂了自貿協(xié)定,并將逐步深化與其他多個國家的自貿區(qū)談判協(xié)商,如海合會,挪威等。自由貿易協(xié)定的簽署不僅對我國的經濟發(fā)展和國際間貿易產生積極影響,也使我國貨物進出口結構在一定程度上發(fā)生了改變。本文基于比較優(yōu)勢理論、要素稟賦理論、關稅同盟理論和自由貿易區(qū)理論等理論基礎,從我國自由貿易協(xié)定的簽署歷程,我國與自貿區(qū)伙伴和非自貿區(qū)伙伴的貿易結合度指數、貿易專業(yè)化指數、顯示性比較優(yōu)勢指數和貿易互補性指數等方面,以及運用面板數據模型等計量方法,選取了1996-2012年間的國別貿易數據,深入研究自由貿易協(xié)定對我國貨物進出口結構變動的影響。通過實證研究發(fā)現:自由貿易協(xié)定對擴大我國貨物貿易出口規(guī)模與改善貨物出口結構均具有一定影響,且這種影響會隨時間的變化而變動。自由貿易協(xié)定簽署初期,我國與貿易伙伴之間的貿易流量(貿易規(guī)模)出現較明顯增長,之后趨于平穩(wěn);同時,自由貿易協(xié)定顯著改善了我國貨物貿易出口結構,但不同自由貿易協(xié)定對不同類別貨物的出口結構影響不盡相同。同時,自由貿易協(xié)定的簽署在整體上對我國貨物貿易進口規(guī)模和進口結構改善起到較大的推動作用,不同自貿區(qū)對我國貨物貿易進口的影響也不盡相同。早期與我國簽署自貿協(xié)定的國家或地區(qū)目前都表現出良好的發(fā)展趨勢,對我國各類貨物貿易的進口都起到推動作用;后期與我國簽署自貿協(xié)定的國家或地區(qū)也都在一定程度上對我國進口貿易起到一定的促進作用,特別是貿易基數、規(guī)模較大的自貿區(qū)。此外,有一些自貿區(qū)因發(fā)展?jié)摿κ芟藁虬l(fā)展?jié)摿]有充分發(fā)掘等因素,對進口波動指數表現出趨于穩(wěn)定影響,但因其影響力與規(guī)模較小,對我國的進口貿易影響不大。
[Abstract]:Since the signing of the China ASEAN Framework Agreement on comprehensive economic cooperation with ASEAN in November 4, 2002, the development of China's free trade zone has entered a new stage. By the end of July 2014, China has signed a free trade agreement with 12 countries or regions, and will gradually deepen the negotiation and negotiation of the free trade zone with other countries, such as the sea. Norway and so on. The signing of the free trade agreement not only has a positive impact on the economic development and international trade of our country, but also changes the import and export structure of our country. Based on the theory of comparative advantage, the theory of factor endowment, the theory of Customs Union and the theory of free trade area, this article is from our country. From the signing process of the trade agreement, China's trade union with FTA partners and non trade zone partners, trade specialization index, display comparative advantage index and trade complementarity index, as well as the use of panel data models, selected the country trade data of 1996-2012 years, and studied free trade in depth. The effect of the easy agreement on the change of the import and export structure of China's goods. Through the empirical study, it is found that the free trade agreement has a certain influence on the expansion of the export size of goods trade and the improvement of the export structure of goods, and the effect will change with the time. At the same time, the free trade agreement significantly improved the export structure of goods trade in China, but the different free trade agreements have different effects on the export structure of different categories of goods. The improvement of the structure of the mouth has played an important role in promoting the import of goods trade in China. The countries or regions that signed the trade agreements with our country at the early stage have shown a good trend of development and the import of all kinds of goods trade in our country. Home or region also plays a certain role in promoting China's import trade to a certain extent, especially the trade base and large scale free trade area. In addition, some of the free trade zones have some factors such as limited development potential or development potential, which have a stable impact on the import volatility index table, but because of its influence and scale Smaller, it has little impact on China's import trade.
