【摘要】：改革開放以來,廣東、浙江、福建三省出口貿易取得了飛速的發(fā)展,目前這三個省已經都是中國的出口大省,出口所占份額占全國出口的很大比例。但相比于廣東和浙江,福建省在出口方面卻要落后許多。本文比較了廣東、浙江、福建三個省出口貿易現狀,包括出口貿易規(guī)模、貿易主體、貿易方式、出口產品以及出口發(fā)展平衡度五個方面。并通過波特國家競爭優(yōu)勢理論(鉆石模型)對三個省的四個基本要素以及兩個輔助要素進行分析,對比各自的發(fā)展特點,研究廣東和浙江在出口貿易的優(yōu)勢,找出福建省在出口貿易方面落后于廣東與浙江的原因。最后在借鑒廣東省和浙江省各自發(fā)展出口貿易的成功經驗基礎上,提出提升福建出口競爭力的建議。 本文在總結了相關貿易理論和已有的研究文獻的基礎上,使用圖表分析、比較分析、實證分析、鉆石模型分析以及案例分析等多種研究方法。通過對三個省的出口規(guī)模、出口主體、出口貿易方式、出口產品結構、出口發(fā)展平衡度五個方面進行比較,發(fā)現三個省都有各自的特點。廣東省是中國第一出口大省,以外資企業(yè)為主要出口主體,加工貿易為主,出口產品的科技含量高；而浙江省的出口企業(yè)則是以民營企業(yè)為主,一般貿易居多,產品科技含量較低；福建省則處于比較平衡的情況,出口主體中,外資企業(yè)與民營企業(yè)均占有較大比例,一般貿易和加工貿易業(yè)發(fā)展比較平衡,但是都不是很發(fā)達。其次三個省中以浙江省各市出口貿易發(fā)展比較平衡,福建和廣東出口發(fā)展的很不平衡。然后通過實證分析證明了出口與鉆石模型中各因素的關系比較顯著。最后用鉆石模型,對比分析了廣東、浙江和福建出口貿易中的生產要素、需求條件、相關與支持性產業(yè)、企業(yè)以及政府與機遇。分析表明了福建在其中大多數方面都是落后的。最后還通過閩臺貿易這個案例更清晰的說明福建的不足之處。 廣東、浙江在出口貿易方面取得了成功,有其必然原因。福建省要充分借鑒這兩個省成功的經驗。福建省要盡量提高出口產品的附加值、把吸引外資企業(yè)(特別是臺資企業(yè))和引進高端技術有機結合起來、充分發(fā)揮內陸城市的能動性、完善與出口相配套的基礎設施、改變政府職能,提高福建省出口競爭力。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the export trade of Guangdong, Zhejiang and Fujian provinces has made rapid development. At present, these three provinces have all been the major export provinces of China, and the share of export accounts for a large proportion of the national export. But compared with Guangdong and Zhejiang, Fujian Province lags far behind in exports. This paper compares the current situation of export trade in Guangdong, Zhejiang and Fujian provinces, including five aspects: the scale of export trade, the main body of trade, the way of trade, the export products and the balance of export development. Through the analysis of the four basic elements and the two auxiliary factors of the three provinces through the theory of the competitive advantage of the Porter countries (diamond model), this paper compares the development characteristics of the three provinces, and studies the advantages of Guangdong and Zhejiang in the export trade. Find out why Fujian lags behind Guangdong and Zhejiang in export trade. Finally, based on the successful experiences of Guangdong province and Zhejiang province in developing export trade, some suggestions are put forward to enhance Fujian's export competitiveness. On the basis of summarizing relevant trade theory and existing research literature, this paper uses many research methods, such as chart analysis, comparative analysis, empirical analysis, diamond model analysis and case analysis. By comparing the export scale, the main body of export, the mode of export trade, the structure of export products and the balance of export development of the three provinces, it is found that the three provinces have their own characteristics. Guangdong Province is the largest export province in China, with foreign-funded enterprises as the main export body, processing trade as the main body, and high scientific and technological content of export products, while the export enterprises in Zhejiang Province are mainly private enterprises, with the majority of the general trade. The content of product science and technology is relatively low, Fujian Province is in a relatively balanced situation, in the main export, foreign-funded enterprises and private enterprises account for a large proportion, general trade and processing trade development is more balanced, but not very developed. In the next three provinces, the export trade of Zhejiang Province is relatively balanced, and that of Fujian and Guangdong is unbalanced. Then it is proved by empirical analysis that the relationship between export and each factor in diamond model is significant. Finally, the diamond model is used to analyze the factors of production, demand conditions, related and supportive industries, enterprises, governments and opportunities in export trade of Guangdong, Zhejiang and Fujian. The analysis shows that Fujian is backward in most of them. Finally, through Fujian-Taiwan trade this case more clearly explains the shortcomings of Fujian. Guangdong, Zhejiang in export trade has been successful, there are inevitable reasons. Fujian Province should draw lessons from the successful experience of these two provinces. Fujian should try its best to increase the added value of its export products, combine attracting foreign-funded enterprises (especially Taiwan-funded enterprises) with the introduction of high-end technology, give full play to the dynamic role of inland cities, and improve infrastructure matching with exports. Change government function, raise Fujian province export competition ability.
