【摘要】：新型城鎮(zhèn)化是一個全新的中國式命題,有其自身的發(fā)展特點,因此全面理解新型城鎮(zhèn)化的核心內(nèi)涵,科學測度與評價新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展水平,深入探討新型城鎮(zhèn)化的驅(qū)動機制,對豐富我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化理論及推動經(jīng)濟順利轉(zhuǎn)型和社會進步都具有重要的理論價值與現(xiàn)實意義。本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,基于新型城鎮(zhèn)化的核心內(nèi)涵構(gòu)建了綜合評價指標體系,借助熵值法對廣西邊境三市的新型城鎮(zhèn)化水平進行綜合評價,結(jié)果顯示廣西邊境三市的新型城鎮(zhèn)化水平趨于逐年上升。然后借鑒貿(mào)易開放效應(yīng)理論和新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)理論,構(gòu)建貿(mào)易開放通過經(jīng)濟增長、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級、空間結(jié)構(gòu)集聚、人力資本積累等途徑促進邊境地區(qū)新型城鎮(zhèn)化的理論框架。并采用廣西邊境地區(qū)2005-2015年3市的面板數(shù)據(jù)進行回歸分析,檢驗了貿(mào)易開放對廣西邊境地區(qū)新型城鎮(zhèn)化的影響,以新型城鎮(zhèn)化水平作為被解釋變量,以貿(mào)易開放度為解釋變量,選取有代表性的控制變量。最終結(jié)果表明,貿(mào)易開放度對廣西邊境地區(qū)新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)有著顯著地積極地影響。這一結(jié)論得到以東興、憑祥為樣本的案例分析的驗證。最后根據(jù)前述的研究結(jié)果,提出提高廣西邊境地區(qū)貿(mào)易開放水平、提升廣西邊境地區(qū)貿(mào)易開放促進新型城鎮(zhèn)化的效果,為我國各地區(qū)實現(xiàn)進一步擴大貿(mào)易開放,穩(wěn)妥推進新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的目標提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:New urbanization is a new Chinese proposition, and has its own characteristics of development. Therefore, the core connotation of new-type urbanization is fully understood, the development level of new-type urbanization is scientifically measured and evaluated, and the driving mechanism of new-type urbanization is deeply discussed. It has important theoretical value and practical significance for enriching the new urbanization theory and promoting the smooth economic transformation and social progress. On the basis of previous studies, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system based on the core connotation of new-type urbanization, and evaluates the level of new-type urbanization in the three border cities of Guangxi with the help of entropy method. The results show that the level of new urbanization in the three border cities of Guangxi tends to rise year by year. Then we draw lessons from the trade opening effect theory and the new urbanization construction theory to construct the theoretical framework of trade opening to promote the new urbanization in border areas through economic growth, industrial structure upgrading, spatial structure agglomeration, human capital accumulation and so on. By using panel data of three cities in Guangxi border area from 2005 to 2015, this paper tests the impact of trade opening on the new urbanization in Guangxi border area, taking the level of new urbanization as the explained variable and the degree of trade openness as the explanatory variable. Select representative control variables. The final results show that the degree of trade openness has a significant positive impact on the construction of new urbanization in Guangxi border area. This conclusion is verified by the case study of Dongxing and Pingxiang. Finally, according to the above-mentioned research results, it is proposed to improve the level of trade opening in Guangxi border areas, to enhance the effect of trade opening in Guangxi border areas to promote new urbanization, and to further expand trade opening for all regions in China. The objective of steadily promoting the development of new-type urbanization should be used for reference.
