【摘要】：在以“和平與發(fā)展”為時(shí)代主題的今天,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,國(guó)與國(guó)之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系愈發(fā)緊密。然而,隨著參與世界貿(mào)易組織(WTO)的成員國(guó)逐步增加,各成員國(guó)之間的利益沖突也愈發(fā)變得不可調(diào)和,歷時(shí)多年的多哈談判就是很好的證明。在這樣的背景下,越來(lái)越多的國(guó)家選擇跳出世界貿(mào)易組織的框架,單獨(dú)與周邊的國(guó)家簽訂自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定,建立自由貿(mào)易區(qū),促進(jìn)該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。無(wú)論是由北美三國(guó)簽訂的北美自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定,還是歐洲各國(guó)聯(lián)合成立的歐盟,都取得了巨大的成功,但是,作為世界上經(jīng)濟(jì)總量位居前列的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)體,中國(guó)、日本和韓國(guó)雖然有著密切的經(jīng)貿(mào)往來(lái),但是在中日韓之間建立自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的暢想?yún)s始終無(wú)法變成現(xiàn)實(shí)。本文從中日韓三國(guó)的貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀、關(guān)稅水平等經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)展開(kāi),通過(guò)具體數(shù)據(jù)切實(shí)分析三國(guó)各自的優(yōu)勢(shì)所在,通過(guò)研究中日韓三國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)互補(bǔ)性和貿(mào)易結(jié)合度來(lái)探討三國(guó)之間是否具備建立自貿(mào)區(qū)的基礎(chǔ)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的建立對(duì)中日韓三國(guó)產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng),從貿(mào)易創(chuàng)造和貿(mào)易轉(zhuǎn)移兩個(gè)角度探討自由貿(mào)易區(qū)對(duì)中日韓三國(guó)帶來(lái)的影響,并從企業(yè)異質(zhì)性的視角出發(fā),分析自由貿(mào)易區(qū)對(duì)各國(guó)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率的促進(jìn)作用。最后,通過(guò)分析中日韓自貿(mào)區(qū)面臨的種種困難及其原因,結(jié)合之前研究的結(jié)論,給出合理化的建議。
[Abstract]:Today, with the development of science and technology and the Internet, the economic relationship between countries becomes more and more close with the theme of "Peace and Development". However, as the membership of the World Trade Organization (WTO) grows, conflicts of interest become increasingly irreconcilable, as evidenced by years of negotiations in Doha. Under this background, more and more countries choose to step out of the framework of WTO, sign free trade agreements with neighboring countries, establish free trade zones, and promote the economic development of the region. Both the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) signed by the three North American countries and the European Union (EU) jointly established by the European countries have achieved great success. However, as an important economy with the highest economic volume in the world, China, Although Japan and South Korea have close economic and trade exchanges, the idea of establishing a free trade zone between China, Japan and South Korea has never materialized. In this paper, the trade status quo, tariff level and other economic and trade reality basis of China, Japan and South Korea are discussed, and the advantages of the three countries are analyzed through specific data. By studying the economic complementarities and the degree of trade combination of China, Japan and South Korea, this paper discusses whether there is a foundation for establishing free trade zones among the three countries. On this basis, this paper analyzes the economic effects of the establishment of the Free Trade area on China, Japan and South Korea, probes into the impact of the Free Trade area on the three countries from the perspective of trade creation and trade transfer, and sets out from the perspective of enterprise heterogeneity. This paper analyzes the role of free trade area in promoting the productivity of enterprises in various countries. Finally, by analyzing the difficulties faced by China, Japan and South Korea, and combining the conclusions of previous studies, the rationalization suggestions are given.
