【摘要】：中國由貿易大國向貿易強國轉變，需要實現出口技術結構的升級。生產性服務業(yè)為生產者提供中間投入，在經濟增長和結構調整中具有重要作用。研究生產性服務業(yè)是否以及如何影響出口技術結構，既具有豐富國際貿易和產業(yè)經濟理論的意義，又具有促進中國出口技術結構升級、實現對外貿易轉型的現實意義。 本文在現有文獻基礎上，從理論上分析生產性服務業(yè)與出口技術結構提升之間的內在影響機制�；跀祿j分析（DEA）的Malmquist指數測算生產性服務業(yè)的效率，采用出口技術復雜度指數和出口相似性指數兩種測度方法測算出口技術結構，，分析生產性服務業(yè)和出口技術結構的現狀特征和動態(tài)演進。構建動態(tài)面板數據模型，運用普通最小二乘法和系統(tǒng)廣義矩（sys-GMM）方法檢驗生產性服務業(yè)規(guī)模、效率對出口技術結構的影響。得出以下結論： 首先，從全國層面來看，中國生產性服務業(yè)規(guī)模上升，效率呈現出微弱的負增長。各省級區(qū)域生產性服務業(yè)差異較大；其次，基于兩種指標的測算結果均表明，中國各地區(qū)出口技術結構整體處于上升通道，其中東部地區(qū)遠遠高于中、西部地區(qū)；第三，生產性服務業(yè)規(guī)模對出口技術結構具有顯著的正向影響，生產性服務業(yè)效率對出口技術結構具有負向影響，因此現階段中國生產服務業(yè)對出口技術結構的影響更依靠規(guī)模推動，而不是效率提升。 根據上述研究結論，本文提出了重視我國生產性服務業(yè)區(qū)域間梯次發(fā)展等政策建議。論文最后提出了本研究的局限性以及未來研究的方向。
[Abstract]:China's transformation from a major trading country to a trading power requires upgrading of its export technology structure. Producer services provide intermediate inputs for producers and play an important role in economic growth and structural adjustment. The study of whether and how producer services influence the structure of export technology not only enriches the theory of international trade and industrial economy, but also promotes the upgrading of China's export technology structure and realizes the transformation of foreign trade. Based on the existing literature, this paper theoretically analyzes the internal influence mechanism between producer services and export technology structure. Malmquist index based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) is used to measure the efficiency of producer services, and export technology complexity index and export similarity index are used to measure the structure of export technology. This paper analyzes the current characteristics and dynamic evolution of the structure of producer services and export technology. The dynamic panel data model is constructed and the general least square method and generalized moment GMMM are used to test the scale of producer services and the effect of efficiency on export technology structure. Draw the following conclusions: First of all, at the national level, the scale of producer services in China has increased, and the efficiency has shown a weak negative growth. Secondly, the results based on the two indicators show that the export technology structure of each region of China is on the rise channel, in which the eastern region is far higher than the central and western regions; third, The scale of producer services has a significant positive impact on the export technology structure, and the efficiency of producer services has a negative impact on the export technology structure. Instead of improving efficiency. Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions, such as attaching importance to the interregional development of producer services in China. Finally, the limitations of this study and the direction of future research are proposed.
