【摘要】：21世紀是全新的世紀,政治、經(jīng)濟、文化都有了全面發(fā)展,各國經(jīng)濟在全球一體化的的影響下,也有了高速發(fā)展,對外發(fā)展程度也逐步加深,中國也不例外,中國的對外貿(mào)易尤其是服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展的更是迅速,但是中國的服務(wù)貿(mào)易起步較晚,服務(wù)貿(mào)易的整體現(xiàn)狀存在各種各樣的問題,更何況服務(wù)貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)方面存在的問題,這就要求我們認真對待現(xiàn)在的國際環(huán)境,分析自身存在的問題,逐步改善服務(wù)貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀。近些年來,盡管中國的服務(wù)貿(mào)易規(guī)模在不斷擴大,在國際中的地位也逐漸提高,但是,中國的服務(wù)貿(mào)易質(zhì)量是較低的,在服務(wù)貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)方面是不均衡的,例如,中國的服務(wù)貿(mào)易分布是不均衡的,西部的服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展較為落后,東部因經(jīng)濟發(fā)展較快服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展較好,再加上各部門的分布也是不一樣的,還有產(chǎn)業(yè)也不同,有的集中在勞動密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)上,有些集中在資本技術(shù)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè)上,這些影響了服務(wù)貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)的平衡發(fā)展,影響了中國的國際競爭力,因此研究我國服務(wù)貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)是很有必要的。本文通過對服務(wù)貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)的研究,運用相關(guān)服務(wù)貿(mào)易理論,收集整理相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù),總結(jié)出中國服務(wù)貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題,提出改善服務(wù)貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)的政策建議,通過相關(guān)建議,優(yōu)化升級服務(wù)貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu),提高國家的國際競爭力。相對于西方發(fā)達國家相比,中國的服務(wù)貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)有待優(yōu)化的地方很多,這就需要中國更加注重服務(wù)貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)的均衡發(fā)展,提高服務(wù)貿(mào)易的國際話語權(quán)。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is a new century, with the overall development of politics, economy and culture. Under the influence of global integration, the economies of various countries have also developed at a high speed, and the degree of external development has gradually deepened. China is no exception. China's foreign trade, especially service trade, is developing rapidly. However, China's service trade started relatively late, and there are various problems in the overall situation of service trade, not to mention the problems in the structure of service trade. This requires us to take the current international environment seriously, analyze our own problems and gradually improve the current situation of service trade structure. In recent years, although the scale of China's trade in services has been expanding and its position in the international community has gradually increased, the quality of China's trade in services is relatively low and the structure of trade in services is uneven, for example, The distribution of service trade in China is uneven, the development of service trade in the west is relatively backward, and the eastern part is developing better because of the faster economic development. In addition, the distribution of various sectors is also different, and there are also different industries. Some concentrated on labor-intensive industries, some concentrated on capital-technology-intensive industries, which affected the balanced development of the service trade structure and China's international competitiveness. Therefore, it is necessary to study the structure of China's service trade. By studying the structure of trade in services, using the theory of trade in services, this paper collects and collates the relevant data, summarizes the problems existing in the structure of trade in services in China, and puts forward some policy recommendations to improve the structure of trade in services. Optimize and upgrade the structure of trade in services to enhance the country's international competitiveness. Compared with the western developed countries, China's service trade structure needs to be optimized in many places, which requires China to pay more attention to the balanced development of the service trade structure and improve the international discourse on service trade.
