【摘要】：近年來,食品安全一直是社會各界高度關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)話題,也是政府監(jiān)管的難點(diǎn)問題。餐飲企業(yè)食品安全政府監(jiān)管作為食品“從農(nóng)田到餐桌”全程保障的最后一道關(guān)口,其重要性不言而喻。當(dāng)前,不斷提高餐飲企業(yè)食品安全政府監(jiān)管水平,對于保障人民群眾生命健康安全具有十分重要的意義。本文以泰州市姜堰區(qū)餐飲企業(yè)食品安全政府監(jiān)管為研究對象,以優(yōu)化完善姜堰區(qū)餐飲企業(yè)食品安全政府監(jiān)管為研究目標(biāo),以系統(tǒng)分析法、文獻(xiàn)研究法、調(diào)查研究法為主要研究方法,在界定相關(guān)基本概念以及論述餐飲企業(yè)食品安全政府監(jiān)管必要性的基礎(chǔ)上,深入分析了姜堰區(qū)餐飲企業(yè)食品安全政府監(jiān)管的現(xiàn)狀,重點(diǎn)研究了姜堰區(qū)餐飲企業(yè)食品安全政府監(jiān)管存在的主要問題,并深刻剖析了導(dǎo)致這些問題產(chǎn)生的根本原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上,主要圍繞強(qiáng)化監(jiān)管基礎(chǔ)、健全日常監(jiān)管、構(gòu)建防控體系、優(yōu)化監(jiān)管環(huán)境等方面,提出了進(jìn)一步完善優(yōu)化姜堰區(qū)餐飲企業(yè)食品安全政府監(jiān)管的對策建議,為不斷提高姜堰區(qū)餐飲企業(yè)食品安全政府監(jiān)管水平、保障廣大人民群眾生命健康安全提供理論支持。
[Abstract]:In recent years, food safety has been a hot topic of attention from all walks of life, and it is also a difficult problem in government supervision. Food safety government supervision of food and beverage enterprises is the last gateway of food "from farmland to table", its importance is self-evident. At present, the government supervision level of food safety is not broken. In order to ensure the health and safety of the people's life, it is of great significance to ensure the health and safety of the people. This article takes the government supervision of food safety government of catering enterprises in Jiangyan District of Taizhou as the research object, in order to optimize and perfect the food safety government supervision of the catering enterprises in Jiangyan district as the research goal, and take the system analysis method, the article research method and the investigation research method as the main research method. On the basis of defining the relevant basic concepts and discussing the necessity of food safety government supervision in catering enterprises, the present situation of food safety government supervision in catering enterprises in Jiangyan district is deeply analyzed. The main problems of food safety government supervision in the catering enterprises in Jiangyan district are emphatically studied, and the root causes of these problems are deeply analyzed. On this basis, on the basis of strengthening the supervision foundation, improving the daily supervision, constructing the control system and optimizing the supervision environment, we put forward some suggestions to further improve the food safety government supervision and control of the food and beverage enterprises in Jiangyan District, in order to improve the government supervision level of food safety in Jiangyan district and ensure the people. It provides theoretical support for the health and safety of the masses.
