跨國(guó)零售商在華縱向控制研究

【摘要】:在供過(guò)于求的過(guò)剩經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下,跨國(guó)零售商在華以門店拓展、并購(gòu)重組和多業(yè)態(tài)發(fā)展的手段得到市場(chǎng)規(guī)模的迅速擴(kuò)張,并通過(guò)不斷提升信息技術(shù),取得良好的經(jīng)營(yíng)效益,由此形成了買方勢(shì)力?鐕(guó)零售商繼而憑借其市場(chǎng)優(yōu)勢(shì)地位對(duì)我國(guó)供應(yīng)商實(shí)施一系列的縱向控制行為,,并對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈各主體以及整個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)安全造成了不良影響。因此,本文基于“生產(chǎn)力——生產(chǎn)方式——生產(chǎn)關(guān)系”視角,從社會(huì)生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展與跨國(guó)零售商經(jīng)營(yíng)模式相結(jié)合的角度出發(fā),得出跨國(guó)零售商在華縱向控制的作用機(jī)理實(shí)質(zhì)是一個(gè)自增強(qiáng)、正反饋的循環(huán)路徑,并建立多元回歸模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),為我國(guó)政府規(guī)制跨國(guó)零售商縱向控制行為提出相應(yīng)的政策建議,以期為我國(guó)供應(yīng)商突破跨國(guó)零售商縱向控制的路徑提供一個(gè)新的視角。 本文第一章為導(dǎo)論,主要論述了研究背景及意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究述評(píng)以及文章的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容及研究方法。第二章對(duì)跨國(guó)零售商在華縱向控制的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了界定,闡述了跨國(guó)零售商在華投資發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)以及跨國(guó)零售商在華縱向控制的主要表現(xiàn)形式。第三章以“生產(chǎn)力——生產(chǎn)方式——生產(chǎn)關(guān)系”范式為研究框架,得出跨國(guó)零售商在華縱向控制的作用機(jī)理是一個(gè)自增強(qiáng)、正反饋的循環(huán)路徑。第四章在第二、三章的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)建立多元回歸模型,選取適當(dāng)?shù)闹笜?biāo),對(duì)跨國(guó)零售商在華縱向控制的作用機(jī)理進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。第五章則對(duì)跨國(guó)零售商在華縱向控制所產(chǎn)生的反競(jìng)爭(zhēng)效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了分析,并提出了應(yīng)對(duì)跨國(guó)零售商縱向控制的規(guī)制建議。
[Abstract]:In the oversupply and surplus economic environment, multinational retailers in China have achieved rapid expansion of market size by means of store expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and multi-business development, and have achieved good operating efficiency through the continuous upgrading of information technology. Thus formed the buyer's influence. Transnational retailers then implement a series of vertical control behaviors to our suppliers by virtue of their market advantage position, and have a negative impact on the supply chain main bodies and the whole industry economic security. Therefore, based on the perspective of "productivity-production-production relations", this paper starts from the perspective of the combination of the development of social productive forces and the management model of transnational retailers. It is concluded that the mechanism of vertical control of multinational retailers in China is essentially a self-reinforcing and positive feedback loop path, and a multivariate regression model is established for empirical testing. In order to provide a new perspective for our suppliers to break through the path of vertical control of transnational retailers, this paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations for our government to regulate the vertical control behavior of transnational retailers. The first chapter is an introduction, mainly discusses the research background and significance, the domestic and foreign research review, the article main research content and the research method. The second chapter defines the connotation of vertical control of transnational retailers in China, expounds the characteristics of the development of transnational retailers' investment in China and the main forms of vertical control of transnational retailers in China. The third chapter takes the paradigm of "Productivity-Production-Production-Production-Productivity" as the research framework, and draws a conclusion that the mechanism of vertical control of transnational retailers in China is a self-reinforcing and positive feedback circular path. The fourth chapter based on the second and third chapters, through the establishment of multiple regression model, select appropriate indicators, the mechanism of vertical control of transnational retailers in China has been tested empirically. The fifth chapter analyzes the anti-competitive effect of transnational retailers' vertical control in China, and puts forward some suggestions on how to regulate the vertical control of multinational retailers.
