博車網(wǎng)事故車拍賣商業(yè)模式優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)汽車保有量的不斷增加,汽車保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)快速發(fā)展,車輛出險(xiǎn)后的理賠工作量也越來(lái)越大。我國(guó)汽車售后市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在很多特殊情況,例如4S店變相壟斷維修市場(chǎng),維修行業(yè)技術(shù)水平參差不齊,高“零整比”、以及保費(fèi)市場(chǎng)化不完善等。種種因素導(dǎo)致了車險(xiǎn)承保市場(chǎng)不斷擴(kuò)大的同時(shí),車輛出險(xiǎn)后的理賠維修成本居高不下,車險(xiǎn)行業(yè)出現(xiàn)整體利潤(rùn)與發(fā)展規(guī)模極不相符的格局,如果不尋求突破將最終不利于車主和被保險(xiǎn)人的利益。近年來(lái),越來(lái)越多的保險(xiǎn)公司開始將推定全損作為理賠減損的重要手段,經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)踐取得了不錯(cuò)的效果。以此為契機(jī),創(chuàng)新的事故車拍賣商業(yè)模式成為以推定全損為基礎(chǔ)的車輛保險(xiǎn)理賠和事故車交易的方式。 事故車拍賣是保險(xiǎn)公司對(duì)事故車輛推定全損后,委托拍賣公司對(duì)車輛進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀拍賣,殘值商通過(guò)拍賣競(jìng)價(jià)獲得事故車所有權(quán),將車輛維修后銷售至二手車市場(chǎng)的過(guò)程。 事故車拍賣最近幾年才在我國(guó)開始發(fā)展,行業(yè)發(fā)展處在起步階段。博車網(wǎng)成立于2014年,是專門從事事故車拍賣的企業(yè)。公司成立一年來(lái),業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展迅速,取得一定市場(chǎng)占有率,但在事故車拍賣業(yè)務(wù)的進(jìn)行中也存在很多問(wèn)題急需解決。 本文從商業(yè)模式的角度分析博車網(wǎng)的運(yùn)營(yíng)特性,闡述其商業(yè)模式邏輯,研究企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀與問(wèn)題,結(jié)合信息不對(duì)稱、五力模型等相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行研究分析,探討該企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式優(yōu)化方案,以此為企業(yè)未來(lái)發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of automobile ownership and the rapid development of automobile insurance industry, the amount of claim after vehicle insurance is becoming more and more large. There are many special situations in the development of automobile after-sale market in China, such as 4S store disguised monopoly maintenance market, uneven technical level of maintenance industry, high "zero integral ratio", and imperfect insurance premium marketization and so on. Various factors have led to the continuous expansion of the auto insurance market at the same time, after the vehicle insurance claims maintenance costs remain high, car insurance industry overall profits and development scale is very inconsistent with the pattern. If you do not seek a breakthrough will ultimately be detrimental to the interests of vehicle owners and the insured. In recent years, more and more insurance companies begin to assume total loss as an important means to reduce claims. Taking this as an opportunity, the innovative business model of accident car auction becomes the mode of vehicle insurance claim and accident vehicle transaction based on the presumption of total loss. The auction of accident vehicle is the process of entrusting the auction company to auction the current situation of the vehicle after the insurance company presumes the total loss of the accident vehicle. The residual value merchant obtains the ownership of the accident car through auction and sells the vehicle after maintenance to the second-hand car market. In recent years, the auction of accident vehicles has started to develop in China, and the development of the industry is in its infancy. Bo car network was established in 2014, is engaged in accident car auction enterprises. Since the company was established for one year, the business has developed rapidly and gained a certain market share. However, there are many problems in the accident car auction business that need to be solved urgently. From the angle of business model, this paper analyzes the operation characteristics of the network, expounds the logic of its business model, studies the current situation and problems of the enterprise, and studies and analyzes the related theories such as information asymmetry, five-force model and so on. In order to provide reference for the future development of the enterprise, this paper discusses the optimization scheme of the business model of the enterprise.
