【摘要】：隨著全球產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的深度調(diào)整,服務(wù)業(yè)迅速崛起,服務(wù)貿(mào)易逐漸成為經(jīng)貿(mào)競爭的關(guān)注點(diǎn),金磚國家的服務(wù)貿(mào)易尚處于起步階段,但市場潛力巨大,在貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義頻繁的背景下,如何推動(dòng)中國與其他金磚國家的服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展將成為金磚國家能否保持貿(mào)易可持續(xù)發(fā)展并成為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展主要?jiǎng)恿Φ年P(guān)鍵所在。本文梳理了服務(wù)貿(mào)易的競爭性與互補(bǔ)性的理論,闡述了我國與其他金磚國家服務(wù)貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)我國與其他金磚國家服務(wù)貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)特征進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,然后通過斯皮爾曼等級(jí)相關(guān)指數(shù)、貿(mào)易相似度指數(shù)、顯示性比較優(yōu)勢指數(shù)、貿(mào)易互補(bǔ)指數(shù)等指標(biāo)的計(jì)算,對(duì)我國與其他金磚國家服務(wù)貿(mào)易的競爭性與互補(bǔ)性進(jìn)行比較分析,具體分析出競爭性與互補(bǔ)性的狀況,并根據(jù)分析得出的結(jié)論提出了我國與其他金磚國家服務(wù)貿(mào)易合作的建議,最后得出本文的結(jié)論。通過定性與定量分析以及比較分析相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)WTO國際貿(mào)易統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)庫的服務(wù)貿(mào)易數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析得出:金磚國家各成員國服務(wù)貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)仍處于較低水平,服務(wù)貿(mào)易的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)有待于進(jìn)一步調(diào)整升級(jí);總的來說中國與其他金磚國家之間服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭性與互補(bǔ)性同存,表現(xiàn)出明顯的互補(bǔ)性,擁有廣闊的合作發(fā)展空間。在今后的服務(wù)貿(mào)易中,應(yīng)努力進(jìn)行服務(wù)貿(mào)易產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)調(diào)整,提升服務(wù)貿(mào)易的國際競爭力,加強(qiáng)中國與其他金磚國家服務(wù)貿(mào)易的互補(bǔ),從而使中國與其他金磚國家服務(wù)貿(mào)易更好更快的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the deep adjustment of the global industrial structure and the rapid rise of the service industry, service trade has gradually become the focus of economic and trade competition. The service trade of the BRICS countries is still in its infancy, but the market potential is huge. Under the background of frequent trade protectionism, how to promote the development of service trade between China and other BRICS countries will be the key to maintain the sustainable development of trade and become the main driving force of world economic development. This paper combs the theory of competition and complementarity of service trade, expounds the current situation of service trade between China and other BRICS countries, and analyzes the structural characteristics of service trade between China and other BRICS countries in detail. Then through the calculation of Spelman rank correlation index, trade similarity index, display comparative advantage index, trade complementary index and so on, this paper makes a comparative analysis on the competitiveness and complementarity of service trade between China and other BRICS countries. This paper analyzes the situation of competition and complementarity, and puts forward some suggestions on service trade cooperation between China and other BRICS countries according to the conclusion of the analysis, and finally draws the conclusion of this paper. Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis and comparative analysis, the service trade data of WTO international trade statistics database are analyzed in detail. It is concluded that the service trade structure of BRICS member countries is still at a low level. The industrial structure of service trade needs to be further adjusted and upgraded. In general, the competition and complementarity of service trade between China and other BRICS countries exist together, showing obvious complementarities and broad space for cooperation and development. In the future service trade, we should make great efforts to upgrade and readjust the industrial structure of service trade, enhance the international competitiveness of service trade, and strengthen the complementarities of service trade between China and other BRICS countries. So that China and other BRICS countries trade in services better and faster development.
