【摘要】：隨著工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,工業(yè)包裝品的使用量越來越大,隨之產(chǎn)生的工業(yè)包裝品廢棄物也越來越多,對環(huán)境造成了較大的威脅。為了使工業(yè)包裝品得到最充分的利用,減少廢棄物的產(chǎn)生,必須對工業(yè)包裝品回收體系進(jìn)行研究,使得回收的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和生態(tài)效益達(dá)到最優(yōu)。本文以工業(yè)包裝品為研究對象,在分析工業(yè)包裝品回收體系和成本的基礎(chǔ)上研究了基于Stackelberg博弈的工業(yè)包裝品回收渠道優(yōu)化選擇和實(shí)施問題。首先分析了工業(yè)包裝品的特點(diǎn)和回收的意義,從定性的角度得出工業(yè)包裝品回收具有可行性和價(jià)值。其次,分析了工業(yè)包裝品回收存在的問題,對工業(yè)包裝品回收體系進(jìn)行了研究,構(gòu)建了工業(yè)包裝品回收成本效益模型。進(jìn)一步,針對目前的回收渠道不健全的問題,運(yùn)用Stackelberg博弈理論,分別建立了生產(chǎn)商回收、需求者回收和第三方回收三種回收渠道下,回收體系的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益模型,并求解出回收效益達(dá)到最優(yōu)的渠道設(shè)計(jì)方案。根據(jù)以上研究成果,本文以C公司托盤回收為例,對現(xiàn)狀和回收渠道優(yōu)化選擇進(jìn)行了研究,驗(yàn)證了模型的科學(xué)性和可行性。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrial economy, the use of industrial packaging products is increasing, and the waste of industrial packaging products is becoming more and more, which poses a great threat to the environment. In order to make the most full use of industrial packaging products and reduce the production of waste, it is necessary to study the recovery system of industrial packaging products so as to achieve the best economic and ecological benefits. Based on the analysis of the recovery system and cost of industrial packaging, this paper studies the optimal selection and implementation of industrial packaging recovery channels based on Stackelberg game. Firstly, the characteristics of industrial packaging and the significance of recovery are analyzed, and the feasibility and value of industrial packaging recovery are obtained from the qualitative point of view. Secondly, the problems of industrial packaging recovery are analyzed, and the system of industrial packaging recovery is studied, and the cost benefit model of industrial packaging recovery is constructed. Furthermore, in order to solve the problem of imperfect recovery channel, the economic benefit model of recovery system under three kinds of recovery channels, producer recovery, demanders recovery and third party recovery, is established by using Stackelberg game theory. The optimal channel design scheme for recovery benefit is solved. Based on the above research results, this paper takes the pallet recovery of C Company as an example, studies the status quo and the optimal selection of the recovery channel, and verifies the scientific and feasibility of the model.
