【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展、電子商務(wù)發(fā)展環(huán)境的不斷完善,連鎖類超市作為一種直接面向消費(fèi)者的銷售方式,在當(dāng)今經(jīng)濟(jì)下滑的趨勢下行業(yè)競爭變得越來越嚴(yán)酷。因此,通過降低存貨成本改善經(jīng)營方式成為連鎖超市提高整體競爭水平的必要方法。QKL連鎖超市是黑龍江省大慶市本地首家大型零售連鎖超市企業(yè),對QKL連鎖超市進(jìn)行存貨成本控制分析具有代表性意義,同時(shí)可為企業(yè)未來發(fā)展提供參考依據(jù)。論文主題是對QKL連鎖超市的存貨成本控制的探究,主要探究思路是通過閱讀大量參考文獻(xiàn),掌握存貨成本相關(guān)理論知識;對QKL連鎖超市的經(jīng)營模式以及存貨成本現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在的問題;其次是通過理論知識與QKL連鎖超市的實(shí)際經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀相結(jié)合對存在的問題進(jìn)行思考;最后對QKL連鎖超市存在的問題提出改善建議。論文通過閱讀成本控制理論與存貨成本控制研究的有關(guān)文獻(xiàn),主要依據(jù)國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對于存貨成本控制研究的理論與方法為基礎(chǔ),為論文分析QKL連鎖超市存貨成本控制提供保障。論文以實(shí)地調(diào)查法為主,隨后通過案例分析法和歸納總結(jié)法對QKL連鎖超市的存貨成本控制進(jìn)行探究發(fā)現(xiàn)QKL連鎖超市存在存貨成本價(jià)格偏高、存貨積壓嚴(yán)重、企業(yè)內(nèi)部缺乏信息溝通、運(yùn)輸物流部門專業(yè)化程度較低等問題,圍繞這些問題分析出當(dāng)前企業(yè)缺乏專業(yè)人才、先進(jìn)的管理系統(tǒng)以及科學(xué)有效的管理方法,這些問題都會長期影響連鎖超市的快速發(fā)展。針對上述問題,從存貨成本、存貨管理、物流配送等方面結(jié)合對QKL連鎖超市現(xiàn)狀以及存在相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行分析。針對采購成本、運(yùn)輸費(fèi)用、倉儲成本、工資費(fèi)用等四個(gè)方面分別提出了配套解決措施。相關(guān)問題的診斷不僅對QKL連鎖超市存貨成本管理有實(shí)際意義,而且對其他連鎖類零售超市具有一定參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global economy and the continuous improvement of e-commerce development environment, chain supermarkets as a direct consumer-oriented sales mode, in the current economic downturn in the industry competition has become more and more harsh. Therefore, it is necessary for chain supermarkets to improve their overall competition level by reducing inventory cost. QKL supermarket chain is the first large retail supermarket chain enterprise in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province. The analysis of inventory cost control in QKL supermarket chain is of representative significance and can provide reference for the future development of enterprises. The theme of this paper is to explore the inventory cost control of QKL supermarket chain. The main idea is to grasp the theoretical knowledge of inventory cost by reading a large number of reference documents. This paper makes a field investigation on the management mode and inventory cost of QKL chain supermarkets, finds out the existing problems, and then considers the existing problems through the combination of theoretical knowledge and the actual operating situation of QKL chain supermarkets. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the problems of QKL supermarket chain. By reading the relevant documents of cost control theory and inventory cost control, this paper mainly bases on the theory and method of the research of inventory cost control by domestic and foreign scholars, and provides the guarantee for the paper to analyze the inventory cost control of QKL supermarket chain. This paper mainly focuses on the field investigation method, and then through the case analysis and summary method to explore the inventory cost control of QKL supermarket chain. It is found that the inventory cost price of QKL supermarket is on the high side, and the inventory backlog is serious. The lack of information communication within the enterprise, the low degree of specialization of the transportation logistics department and so on. According to these problems, the lack of professional personnel, the advanced management system and the scientific and effective management methods are analyzed. These problems will affect the rapid development of supermarket chains for a long time. Aiming at the above problems, this paper analyzes the current situation and related problems of QKL chain supermarkets from the aspects of inventory cost, inventory management, logistics distribution and so on. The corresponding measures are put forward in four aspects: purchase cost, transportation cost, storage cost and wage cost. The diagnosis of related problems not only has practical significance for inventory cost management of QKL chain supermarkets, but also has certain reference value for other chain retail supermarkets.
