基于游客感知視角的河南省旅游民宿發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今人們?yōu)榱藭簳r(shí)逃避城市的緊張節(jié)奏,緩解工作壓力,遠(yuǎn)離城市嚴(yán)重的霧霾,越發(fā)傾向于來(lái)到鄉(xiāng)村,如此促進(jìn)了鄉(xiāng)村旅游的蓬勃發(fā)展。鄉(xiāng)村旅游的深入發(fā)展,帶動(dòng)了旅游住宿的興旺,從最初的遍地開(kāi)花的農(nóng)家樂(lè),到現(xiàn)在逐漸流行的民宿,日益成為眾多游客向往的體驗(yàn)之地。本文從游客感知視角入手,以浙江省旅游民宿為案例,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和實(shí)地訪談分析發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)民宿的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),以期為河南省旅游民宿發(fā)展提供實(shí)質(zhì)性的意見(jiàn)和建議。首先運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法對(duì)民宿的概念進(jìn)行了界定,即“指一切非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和個(gè)性化的鄉(xiāng)村住宿場(chǎng)所,并以特定的文化、自然、社會(huì)環(huán)境和主人的特長(zhǎng)為差異化核心展現(xiàn)出來(lái),以“慢生活”“家服務(wù)”“趣體驗(yàn)”為特色,為游客打造的舒適、溫馨、有情調(diào)的鄉(xiāng)野生活之住所。”然后以浙江省旅游民宿為案例,運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和深度訪談法,探索旅游民宿游客感知價(jià)值,共提取出3個(gè)因子,分別是民宿設(shè)施服務(wù)質(zhì)量?jī)r(jià)值,包括交通便利、入住手續(xù)簡(jiǎn)便、設(shè)施齊全等11項(xiàng)指標(biāo);民宿的情感價(jià)值,包括民宿主人風(fēng)趣幽默、在民宿感到舒適、有趣、工作人員服務(wù)熱情周到等5項(xiàng)指標(biāo);民宿社會(huì)價(jià)值這一因子包括住民宿的體驗(yàn)值得向朋友推薦、對(duì)民宿體驗(yàn)總體感到滿意、民宿體驗(yàn)甚至比預(yù)期更好3項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。最后,針對(duì)河南省旅游民宿的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題,分別從政府層面、行業(yè)層面、民宿經(jīng)營(yíng)者層面提出了河南省發(fā)展旅游民宿的意見(jiàn)和建議。政府應(yīng)在政策上給予引導(dǎo)和支持,行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)應(yīng)發(fā)揮其帶頭作用,接受新事物,研究新事物,引進(jìn)新事物;民宿經(jīng)營(yíng)者應(yīng)注重民宿的選址、民宿配套、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理等方面的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, people tend to come to the countryside in order to escape the tense rhythm of the city temporarily, relieve the pressure of work and stay away from the serious haze of the city, thus promoting the vigorous development of rural tourism. The further development of rural tourism has led to the prosperity of tourist accommodation. From the initial blooming of the farmhouse to the popular residence, it has increasingly become a place for many tourists to yearn for experience. Starting from the perspective of tourists' perception, this paper analyzes the advanced experience of residential accommodation in developed areas through questionnaires and field interviews, taking Zhejiang Province as a case study, in order to provide substantive advice and suggestions for the development of tourist lodging in Henan Province. First of all, the paper defines the concept of lodging by using literature analysis, that is, "refers to all non-standardized and individualized rural accommodation places, and displays the special characteristics of specific culture, nature, social environment and master as the core of differentiation." Characterized by "slow life," "home service," "interesting experience," for tourists to create a comfortable, warm, emotional life of the country. Then take Zhejiang Province tourist lodging as a case study, using questionnaire survey and in-depth interview method, to explore the tourist perceived value, a total of three factors are extracted, namely, the value of residential facilities service quality, including convenient transportation, easy to check in procedures. The emotional value of residential accommodation, including the host's humor, comfort and fun, warm and considerate service of staff, etc. The factor of the social value of lodging including the experience of living and lodging is worth recommending to friends, and it is generally satisfied with the experience of lodging, and the experience of dwelling is even better than expected. Finally, in view of the present situation and problems of tourist lodging development in Henan Province, the author puts forward the suggestions and suggestions on the development of tourist lodging in Henan Province from the government level, the industry level and the residential operator level. The government should give guidance and support to the policy, the trade association should give play to its leading role, accept new things, study new things, introduce new things, and residential operators should pay attention to the location of residential accommodation, accommodation matching, management and other aspects.
