【摘要】:近年來,創(chuàng)意及相關(guān)服務(wù)貿(mào)易越來越成為了全球服務(wù)貿(mào)易新的增長點(diǎn)。無論是發(fā)達(dá)國家還是新興國家,都十分重視其發(fā)展。在我國,創(chuàng)意及相關(guān)服務(wù)貿(mào)易發(fā)展取得了很大的進(jìn)步,我國創(chuàng)意及相關(guān)服務(wù)貿(mào)易的規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,地位也不斷提升,但是相比于我國經(jīng)濟(jì)總量在全世界的地位以及創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易的發(fā)展還有很大的差距,各分項(xiàng)的發(fā)展也極為不平衡。本文通過相關(guān)的進(jìn)出口數(shù)據(jù)和占比情況分析了我國的創(chuàng)意及相關(guān)服務(wù)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并運(yùn)用貿(mào)易競爭力(TC)指數(shù)和相對(技術(shù))復(fù)雜度指數(shù),采用UNCTAD發(fā)布的最新統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),對中國以及世界其他七個國家的創(chuàng)意及相關(guān)服務(wù)貿(mào)易的國際競爭力進(jìn)行了比較研究。結(jié)果顯示:我國創(chuàng)意及相關(guān)服務(wù)貿(mào)易已具備一定的國際競爭力,在世界創(chuàng)意服務(wù)貿(mào)易的地位也不斷提升,但是各分項(xiàng)發(fā)展很不平衡。通過建立時間序列數(shù)據(jù)模型,從進(jìn)出口兩個角度實(shí)證研究影響中國創(chuàng)意及相關(guān)服務(wù)貿(mào)易的主要因素,結(jié)果顯示:人均GDP、創(chuàng)意及相關(guān)服務(wù)貿(mào)易的進(jìn)口(技術(shù))復(fù)雜度、創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易進(jìn)口規(guī)模以及服務(wù)開放度,是影響創(chuàng)意及相關(guān)服務(wù)貿(mào)易進(jìn)口的主要因素;而在出口方面的影響因素則是人均GDP、創(chuàng)意及相關(guān)服務(wù)貿(mào)易的出口(技術(shù))復(fù)雜度、創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品出口貿(mào)易規(guī)模以及人力資本存量。為進(jìn)一步提升我國創(chuàng)意及相關(guān)服務(wù)貿(mào)易國際競爭力,應(yīng)持續(xù)提高人均GDP水平,并將創(chuàng)意及相關(guān)服務(wù)作為“戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)”給予重點(diǎn)優(yōu)先發(fā)展,同時強(qiáng)化對進(jìn)出口市場的了解,優(yōu)化出口結(jié)構(gòu),提高創(chuàng)意服務(wù)技術(shù)水平,加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)意服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)高端人才的培養(yǎng)與引進(jìn),加大創(chuàng)意及相關(guān)服務(wù)業(yè)的開放力度,注重進(jìn)口服務(wù)貿(mào)易的質(zhì)量,結(jié)合創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,發(fā)展創(chuàng)意及相關(guān)服務(wù)貿(mào)易。
[Abstract]:In recent years, creative and related services trade has become a new growth point of global service trade. Both developed and emerging countries attach great importance to its development. In China, great progress has been made in the development of creative and related trade in services. However, compared with the position of China's total economic volume in the world and the development of creative products trade, the development of each sub-item is also extremely unbalanced. This paper analyzes the current situation of China's creativity and related trade in services through the relevant import and export data and the ratio of imports and exports, and uses the trade competitiveness index and the relative (technical) complexity index, and adopts the latest statistical data released by UNCTAD. This paper makes a comparative study on the international competitiveness of creative and related trade in services in China and seven other countries in the world. The results show that China's creative and related services trade has a certain degree of international competitiveness, and the status of creative services trade in the world is also increasing, but the development of each sub-item is very uneven. By establishing a time series data model, this paper empirically studies the main factors affecting China's creativity and related services trade from the perspective of import and export. The results show that: per capita GDP, the import (technology) complexity of creativity and related services trade, The import scale of creative products and the degree of openness to services are the main factors affecting the import of creativity and related services, while the factors affecting export are GDP per capita, the complexity of export (technology) of creative and related services trade. The scale of export of creative products and the stock of human capital. In order to further enhance the international competitiveness of China's creative and related services trade, we should continuously raise the level of GDP per capita, give priority to the development of creativity and related services as "strategic emerging industries", and strengthen our understanding of the import and export markets. Optimize the export structure, improve the technical level of creative services, strengthen the cultivation and introduction of high-end talents in the creative services industry, increase the opening up of creative and related services, pay attention to the quality of import service trade, and combine with the development of trade in creative products. Develop creative and related services trade.
