【摘要】:21世紀(jì)是一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)與科技快速發(fā)展的時(shí)代,也是一個(gè)服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展的時(shí)代。服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的來臨標(biāo)示著現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)已經(jīng)逐漸成為促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的支柱型產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。與此同時(shí),網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的社會(huì)化趨勢(shì)也日益明晰,而現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的生產(chǎn)過程、服務(wù)的提供以及服務(wù)的消費(fèi)過程都離不開網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的深入應(yīng)用。服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化使得傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)方式得到了變革,形成全新的服務(wù)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)理念以及管理方式,為客戶提供了全新的服務(wù)體驗(yàn)。服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)建是對(duì)服務(wù)進(jìn)行集成的一種重要途徑,是現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的互相滲透、互相融合以及綜合應(yīng)用的呈現(xiàn)。本文通過貝葉斯網(wǎng)絡(luò)概率預(yù)測(cè)方法,以相對(duì)服務(wù)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為工具,并結(jié)合復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)中無標(biāo)度網(wǎng)絡(luò)的相關(guān)理論建立關(guān)聯(lián)服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,探究集成方案形成過程中各基本服務(wù)之間的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,并根據(jù)復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)的部分統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo)建立服務(wù)集成組合的屬性函數(shù)和評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),對(duì)服務(wù)集成的結(jié)果進(jìn)行一定的評(píng)價(jià)比較,從而選擇出最優(yōu)服務(wù)集成組合。研究有助于企業(yè)在經(jīng)營(yíng)過程中結(jié)合本企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)選擇出恰當(dāng)類型的服務(wù)進(jìn)行服務(wù)整合集成,并確定適當(dāng)?shù)姆⻊?wù)集成數(shù)量,以在可控的成本范圍內(nèi),實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)服務(wù)集成的結(jié)果最優(yōu)化,為企業(yè)的服務(wù)集成網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建提供理論指導(dǎo)。具體研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)對(duì)服務(wù)集成系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)涵、特征以及分類進(jìn)行介紹,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出服務(wù)集成體系的整體框架模型,對(duì)服務(wù)體系的主體與運(yùn)作流程進(jìn)行概述,繼而提出構(gòu)建服務(wù)集成網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)的重要性與必要性,并對(duì)其平臺(tái)模型的特征和平臺(tái)具體工作流程進(jìn)行相關(guān)探究與分析。(2)將基本服務(wù)作為節(jié)點(diǎn),服務(wù)間存在的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系作為邊,研究服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建的要素、條件,選取構(gòu)建服務(wù)關(guān)聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的適用方法,形成服務(wù)關(guān)聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。(3)研究服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的構(gòu)建過程,分析利用構(gòu)建的服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行服務(wù)集成的具體過程,并對(duì)服務(wù)匹配函數(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)定。同時(shí)設(shè)定服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)整體評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),比較計(jì)算出的各指標(biāo)值,選擇最合適的服務(wù)組合方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)化的配置。(4)對(duì)構(gòu)建的服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型的演化應(yīng)用適合的軟件進(jìn)行仿真,模型中節(jié)點(diǎn)與節(jié)點(diǎn)之間的關(guān)系用編寫的程序來描述,同時(shí)對(duì)不同時(shí)刻服務(wù)節(jié)點(diǎn)之間的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系的變化進(jìn)行模擬,輸出相應(yīng)指標(biāo)值且繪制成圖,根據(jù)繪圖分析并比較,探索服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中服務(wù)資源配置的變化規(guī)律和網(wǎng)絡(luò)的演變規(guī)律,從而得出研究結(jié)果與實(shí)際應(yīng)用之間的聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is an era of rapid development of economy and science and technology, as well as a booming era of service industry. The arrival of service economy times indicates that modern service industry has gradually become one of the pillar industries to promote the economic growth of our country. At the same time, the socialization trend of network information technology is becoming increasingly clear, and the production process, service supply and service consumption process of modern service industry are inseparable from the in-depth application of network information technology. The service network has changed the traditional service mode, formed the brand-new service production operation idea and the management way, provided the brand-new service experience for the customer. The construction of service network is an important way to integrate services. It is the mutual penetration, integration and comprehensive application of modern service industry and network information technology. In this paper, the Bayesian network probabilistic prediction method is used to establish the associated service network model based on the relative quality of service (QoS) standard and the related theory of scale-free network in complex networks. This paper probes into the relationship between the basic services in the forming process of the integration scheme, establishes the attribute function and evaluation index of the service integration composition according to some statistical indexes of the complex network, and compares the results of the service integration to a certain extent. Thus, the optimal service integration composition is selected. The research is helpful for enterprises to select the right type of services and determine the appropriate number of service integration in order to control the cost. The results of enterprise service integration are optimized and the theoretical guidance is provided for the construction of enterprise service integration network. The specific research contents are as follows: (1) introduce the connotation, characteristics and classification of the service integration system, and then put forward the overall framework model of the service integration system, summarize the main body and operation process of the service system. Then, the importance and necessity of constructing service integration network platform are put forward, and the characteristics of the platform model and the platform specific workflow are discussed and analyzed. 2) the basic service is regarded as the node, and the relationship between the services is taken as the edge. This paper studies the elements and conditions of service network construction, selects the applicable method to construct service association network, forms service association network. (3) researches the process of service network construction, and analyzes the concrete process of service integration by using the constructed service network. And the service matching function is set. At the same time, set the overall evaluation index of the service network, compare the calculated index values, select the most suitable service composition scheme, The optimized configuration of enterprise service network. 4) the software that is suitable for the evolution of the service network model is simulated. The relationship between nodes and nodes in the model is described by the program written. At the same time, it simulates the change of the relationship between the service nodes at different times, outputs the corresponding index value and draws the map, according to the drawing analysis and comparison, it explores the changing law of the service resource allocation and the evolution law of the network in the service network. Thus, the relationship between the research results and the practical application is obtained.
