【摘要】：隨著市民經(jīng)濟(jì)收入的提高,服裝更新速度越來越快,大堆的舊衣如何處理,成了不少家庭頭疼的問題。舊衣服太占空間,送人基本上沒人要,也很少看到有人來收購,多數(shù)已被丟進(jìn)了垃圾堆。舊衣服成了市民、政府有關(guān)部門的棘手問題,也折射出我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展快,市民對新衣服、時(shí)尚消費(fèi)的支出增大,更新加快,但也藏有不少隱憂。例如給環(huán)境造成了不少的壓力,浪費(fèi)之風(fēng)長,節(jié)儉之風(fēng)消的現(xiàn)狀愈發(fā)明顯。本文通過對舊衣物回收再利用行業(yè)發(fā)展模式的研究,引出以電子服務(wù)模式為核心的,通過可實(shí)施性策略研究及優(yōu)化,找到公眾宜認(rèn)可接受的舊衣回收方式,為提高舊衣服回收產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響力和集中度,提供理論及實(shí)踐的參考價(jià)值,對行業(yè)的促進(jìn)和發(fā)展有實(shí)際推動作用。并同時(shí)希望全社會共同參與舊衣服回收的環(huán)保事業(yè)及循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)的行動中來。包括：政府、企業(yè)、公益組織、學(xué)校、社區(qū)和消費(fèi)者等各個(gè)層面的參與。讓每個(gè)家庭的舊衣服都有最“環(huán)保的歸宿”。
[Abstract]:With the increase of the citizen's economic income, the update speed of clothing is getting faster and faster. How to deal with the large pile of used clothes has become a headache for many families.Old clothes take up so much space that no one asks for them and rarely sees anyone buying them. Most of them have been thrown into the garbage dump.Old clothes have become a thorny problem for citizens and government departments, but also reflect the rapid social and economic development of our country. The public's expenditure on new clothes and fashion consumption has increased and the renewal has been accelerated, but there are also many hidden worries.For example, to the environment caused a lot of pressure, waste wind long, frugal wind elimination of the situation is increasingly obvious.Based on the research on the development model of the recycling and reuse industry of used clothing, this paper draws the conclusion that the electronic service model is the core, and through the research and optimization of the implementability strategy, we can find out the acceptable recovery mode of used clothing which is acceptable to the public.In order to improve the influence and concentration of the recovery industry of used clothes, it provides the reference value of theory and practice, and has a practical impetus to the promotion and development of the industry.At the same time, we hope that the whole society will participate in the environmental protection and recycling economy.Include: government, business, public welfare organizations, schools, communities and consumers at all levels of participation.Let every family's old clothes have the most environmentally friendly home.
