【摘要】:隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,并極為有力的推動(dòng)了國(guó)際貿(mào)易的運(yùn)作方式向現(xiàn)代化、信息化方向發(fā)展。外貿(mào)企業(yè)也紛紛應(yīng)用電子商務(wù),來(lái)促進(jìn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展。對(duì)外貿(mào)易電子商務(wù)作為推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化、全球化的一種貿(mào)易方式,使國(guó)際貿(mào)易真正走向無(wú)國(guó)界化,同時(shí)帶來(lái)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易的巨大變革。電子商務(wù)在外貿(mào)行業(yè)的應(yīng)用改變了企業(yè)的傳統(tǒng)組織形式、經(jīng)營(yíng)方式、商務(wù)模式以及營(yíng)銷模式,大大擴(kuò)展了企業(yè)的國(guó)際市場(chǎng)路徑,優(yōu)化了資源配置,實(shí)現(xiàn)了各國(guó)企業(yè)間的合作共贏,進(jìn)一步統(tǒng)一了國(guó)際市場(chǎng)、深化了國(guó)際分工。傳統(tǒng)外貿(mào)企業(yè)越來(lái)越重視電子商務(wù)國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的變化,利用電子商務(wù)改變傳統(tǒng)外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)中的各流程與環(huán)節(jié),并顯示出較強(qiáng)的潛在價(jià)值和巨大的發(fā)展前景。然而外貿(mào)電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展也存在相當(dāng)多的問(wèn)題,跨文化溝通問(wèn)題、跨國(guó)支付問(wèn)題、跨國(guó)物流系統(tǒng)建設(shè)、人才短缺等等。這些問(wèn)題的存在導(dǎo)致電子商務(wù)對(duì)國(guó)際貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域的積極作用沒(méi)有完全發(fā)揮出來(lái),在一定程度上限制了對(duì)外貿(mào)易的發(fā)展。本文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外外貿(mào)電子商務(wù)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料深入研究和理解的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)外貿(mào)電子商務(wù)的回顧,對(duì)外貿(mào)電子商務(wù)模式進(jìn)行分類,在此基礎(chǔ)上分析取得巨大成績(jī)的同時(shí)也存在著許多問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn),并對(duì)典型案例進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其對(duì)外貿(mào)電子商務(wù)發(fā)展有著重要的借鑒意義和啟示,進(jìn)而從宏觀、中觀、微觀三個(gè)角度提出促進(jìn)外貿(mào)電子商務(wù)模式應(yīng)用的策略,從而促進(jìn)我國(guó)外貿(mào)電子商務(wù)又好又快發(fā)展,對(duì)中國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展起到極大的推動(dòng)和促進(jìn)作用,促進(jìn)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, electronic commerce emerges as the times require, and it promotes the operation mode of international trade to modernization and informationization.Foreign trade enterprises also apply electronic commerce one after another to promote the development of enterprises.As a way of promoting economic integration and globalization, foreign trade electronic commerce makes international trade truly borderless and brings great changes in international economic trade.The application of electronic commerce in the foreign trade industry has changed the traditional organizational form, business mode, business model and marketing mode of enterprises, greatly expanded the international market path of enterprises, and optimized the allocation of resources.It has achieved win-win cooperation among enterprises of all countries, further unified the international market and deepened the international division of labor.The traditional foreign trade enterprises pay more and more attention to the change of the international market of electronic commerce, and make use of the electronic commerce to change all the processes and links in the traditional foreign trade business, and show strong potential value and huge development prospect.However, the development of foreign trade electronic commerce also has many problems, such as cross-cultural communication, transnational payment, transnational logistics system construction, talent shortage and so on.The existence of these problems leads to the positive role of electronic commerce in the field of international trade has not been fully brought into play, and to a certain extent has restricted the development of foreign trade.On the basis of in-depth study and understanding of the relevant literature on foreign trade electronic commerce at home and abroad, this paper reviews the foreign trade electronic commerce and classifies the foreign trade electronic commerce model.On the basis of the analysis, there are many problems and challenges, and the typical cases are analyzed, and it is found that it has important reference significance and inspiration for the development of foreign trade electronic commerce, and then from the macro, meso level,In order to promote the good and fast development of China's foreign trade electronic commerce, the author puts forward the strategy of promoting the application of foreign trade electronic commerce from three microcosmic angles, which plays a great role in promoting and promoting the stable development of China's foreign trade.To promote the rapid economic development of our country.
